2nd time here and Im assured no one here on their administration side know what is happening. Called in February and spoke extensively with someone, and made sure I will have my second batch of medicine available when I come in ( takes 6-8 weeks for insurance to deliver botox), I make an appointment 2 weeks ago and no one says anything. I go in today and they mistaken me for getting face botox, and when they finally found the correct file, they said the medicine is not available, and accused me of lying, and asked me TO SELF PAY for botox for a medical condition covered by my insurance. Dr. Kauffman should re-think her staff before redoing her office.

I am a physician and Ive known Drs. Kaufman, Greene, OConnell, Dosal, and Golomb for years. They do excellent work and I never hesitate to refer patients to them. The doctors are excellent, technically, and are great people as well.

An excellent facility. Gorgeous building. Quick and informative service by doctors and assistants. They are generous with their time and advice. The only dermatology practice I am comfortable going to in Miami/Dade.
