I have been coming here for a few years now and every time is for something I need. The Dr. is amazingly nice and seems to have the best PAs and assistants to help her. Granted some visits are not the most pleasant for the procedure needed but she is very good and very knowledgeable. I came to her as a recommendation without insurance because I heard she was so good and at the time I was getting no help from the dermatologist before her. I paid out of pocket to stay with someone good. In my opinion it is very hard to find the right doctor in any specialty and if you find one you should keep them . I now have insurance they accept and couldnt be happier. I also travel from Oakland Park to see her in Weston. It also says she is good when her office is packed with people to see her. Sometimes you get seen right away and sometimes you have to wait a bit but not longer than I have before at other horrible doctor offices. Choose this doctor!

I was told that the last appointment of the day for new patients was at 3:30. I pulled my son out of school early so we could make is 3:15 appointment. On the way to the appointment my other child called me with a bit of a transportation emergency. I called the office immediately to see if the Dr. was running on time. I was told that she was about 15 minutes behind schedule. I explained my situation and said I would be about 15-20 minutes late. At first I was told that was not ok and at we needed to be there on time since the Dr. did not see new patients after 3;30. After a bit of back and forth I was finally told to get there asap and was hung up on. We arrived a the office and checked in at 3:24. We were seen at 4:50pm. This mentality of a doctors office feeling that their time is so much more valuable than the patients that support them is unacceptable and very arrogant.

Everytime you have to visit her office so you can get maintaince prescription items, for a problem, or check up, its a nightmare. Every single visit you are forced to wait an excruciating long time past your appointment time to been seen. The check in staff have no sense of urgency and seem irratated when you ask how long the wait is. They seem to not know and only share there are x amount of people ahead of you. I was told 5 people where a head of me 30 min after my appt time. Ive seen several people leave and walk out due to waiting so long. They also told me that patients are booked every 15 minutes. WHAT?! I cant take this anymore. Ill be looking for a different dermatologist office.

THE TYPE OF DR THAT DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Horrible DR!! Seemed in a rush and not willing to listen to my concerns. I left there worried about what she said and she made me feel very uncomfortable about my health!! Super Unfriendly and awkward person!! Im definitely looking for a BETTER DERMATOLOGIST!!Never again!!
