Fairly disgusted. This is not a medical office, it is a retail space designed tho look like a medical practice. Just so you know before you bother calling to make an apoointment, they dont care about your insurance. It is all about the $250 up front down payment you make when scheduling your very first visit for the skin care products you will be purchasing. If you really cared about my skin health, you would look at my skin and reccomend products, not twist my arm and make them a condition of inspection.

Shrader is allergic to all sorts of smells and her assistant is also alergic to all sorts of smells. We had NOT used any perfume or soap with perfume the day of our appointment but Shrader and her assistant still complained about smells. There were NO ODORS. Shrader needs to leave the Dermo business due to allergies and not hire assistants will allergies. Very disrespectful with her patients.

I recently visited Dr Shrader...she was awesome, informative and genuinely interested. I only went with problems with my forearms, which she immediately resolved. She froze 13 spots and removed 1, which did come back as cancerous, however she had taken the liberty to remove extra area to insure I would not require further surgery! I will be going back to her immediately for a full body scan!

Dr Shrader has been my doctor for many years. I am very pleased with her and have taken other members of my family to her. Also, she has been helpful in ways that are not just limited to skin care.
