This was my third time at Jacobs and Thatcher Dentistry. Initial visit was for a cleaning, x-rays and exam by Dr. Thatcher. The hygienist was excellent as were both Techs. Dr. Thatcher was thorough with his exam and has a great bedside manner, I would definitely recommend Dr. Thatcher. The first two visits I was taken within a few minutes of arriving, the last visit I had to wait 45 minutes, they were running behind. I was not in a hurry as I did not have any other commitments that day, however had I needed to be somewhere this would have posed a problem. My appointment times for my third visit was very off. My previous appointment receipt noted appt. time as 3:15, my reminder card noted appt. time as 3:30 and the reminder call I received I was told my appt. time was 3:45, when I asked the caller about the times, she said 3:30 was fine. This could have been one of the reasons for my wait time. Other then the confusion with my appointment and wait time for 1 out of my 3 appointments, I would highly recommend this office. The staff is great and I was quite satisfied with the work done on my teeth, cleaning and a crown, and no pain at all! I intend to make an appointment for my husband next. .

I started coming to this dentist office around 1969 or 1970. It was only Dr. Isbell at the time. It later became Dr Jacobs & Dr. Isbells office. Dr Isbell was very particular in his search for just the right dentist. And now it is Dr. Jacobs & Dr. Thatcher Dentistry. On the first visit to this office I knew that I was at the right place. It began as a warm and friendly staff and remains the same today. They are very knowledgeable and professional with a bit of family atmosphere. They always call with a friendly reminder of your scheduled appointment which can be very helpful to some of us. Their dental work has alway been excellent. I see Jackie Elliott for cleaning and she is wonderful. There are so many offices that are impersonal but this is not one of them. I highly recommend them

I went for my six month checkup last week. My teeth were cleaned and the hygienist did a excellent job. Dr. Thatcher examined my teeth and found that I needed a crown. The old filling was lifting up and the tooth had a Crack on it. I had another appointment and was fitted for a temporary crown. Dr. Thatcher did a wonderful job. I had no pain. I went back a week later to have the final crown put on. It fit better than any crown I have ever had, the bite was perfect the first time it was put on. I have found that the office of Jacobs and Thatcher is excellent and very professional and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have been going there for 7 years . Valerie Bisegger

My wife, my Mom, and I have been patients of Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Thatcher’s practice for the past 9 – 10 years. They run a first class operation. We have recommended them too many of our friends and will continue to do so. The entire staff is very competent, friendly, caring, and professional. If you have a problem they take ample time to explain all your alternatives and never pressure you to make a quick decision. These are good, honest people.

I love Dr. Jacobs & Dr. Thatcher!! Had another pain free experience with Dr. Jacobs today...He did fillings, taking care of chip teeth. My teeth are beautiful! More importantly, I can eat anything without pain!! I recommend both of them 200% Ive been with Dr. Jacobs and his hygienist team since the 1990s. I havent and, wont be going anywhere else.....
