From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello from Heather, which helped make me feel better instantly as I was feeling some anxiety about my visit for the day (waiting on final results of my cats x-rays). Dr. Simon was just fantastic and spent quality time with me and Simba, explaining everything she was doing and answered any and all questions I had- again something that made the visit so much easier. Finally, our time with Tony at the end of the visit (for ear cleaning/drops) was great... he was very personable and answered all questions I had. From start to finish, I cant thank everyone at The Cat Doctors enough for helping this first-time kitty owner get through what I thought was going to be a tough visit. Not only was I comforted by their very apparent dedication and love for animals, but my little Simba seemed comfortable too, which means the world to me. Although I hope not to have to make too many visits, I wouldnt trust my kitty with any other vet.

The Cat Doctors are awesome!! My kitty was not feeling well for a while. I called them up for a price check & availability & questions about their service. I talked to the most caring & understanding staff that day. The staff really are very nice & very easy to talk to as well. I felt very comfortable with my decision of letting my Meika go their for treatment. Dr. Simon I was so impressed with all of her knowledge & I was even so impressed with how fast she diagnosed the problem with my cat. She called me on the phone to explain everything I needed to no about her illness & her personality is just awesome. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect experiences I believe this is the best vet Ive gone to. Their prices are not off the chart either. I feel their reasonable too. I will be bringing cat back their in the near future. Thank you so much for a truly caring experience.

Just had our first visit to The Cat Doctors. Loved it! Really like that there were no dogs in the waiting area. Nothing wrong with dogs, I love them, but its a nice atmosphere tailored to cats and thats appreciated. The wait was very short, the staff was very friendly and caring, and Dr Simon was gentle and very knowledgeable in the advice she gave me for my 4 month old kitten. Tippy had to have a leg amputated 3 weeks ago and I was very reassured that she was healing well. The prices were very reasonable and it was very nice that they took the time to give me all the prices before any treatment so I could either approve the treatment or schedule it out so as to stagger the payments. I will be going back and I would definitely recommend The Cat Doctors.

Had our first visit here with Dr. Simon today for our diabetic cat. Very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Simon sat with us for over an hour explaining everything we wanted to know about diabetes. She was only diagnosed about 3 months ago so we are fairly new to this whole thing. She made us feel comfortable and the most important thing is that our kitty felt the same way. She answered a lot of questions we had that no one else could or wanted to answer. We found out more in that one visit than 3 months of research and other vets have told us. Awesome vet and staff. Very friendly. Will definitely not go anywhere else! Thank you!!!!!

I am very happy with the service I receive from Dr. Vaughn and the staff. However, Caitlyn at the front desk could use some more customer service training. She is not friendly nor helpful and will turn you away even if youre a client. I just called now to bring in a cat who needs an antibiotic shot for a wound and all she could say is no. Caitlyn had no suggestions for other places and didnt even bother to ask what was wrong with the cat. The other staff members worked with me and got me in asap the last time I called for a cat who needed emergency stitches and anesthesia. Now I know who not to talk to when I call because she is unhelpful.

Dr. Simon is a wonderful vet. She is so nice and was very caring w/ my cat. My cat was injured and i decided to go there b/c of the good reviews. I am so glad i went there. I called ahead and they were ready to see my cat right away. The whole staff was so kind. My cat had to stay the day for x-rays and some tests but Dr. Simon called me once the tests were completed to talk about his treatment. She is a very good doctor. My cat is an older cat and i appreciate immensely the thorough care they took w/ him. Even though i live in Carrollwood, this is going to be the vet i use to take care of my cat. The Cat Doctors are great!

Dr. Simon and her staff are amazing people who are genuinely concerned with the health of your cat. I recently brought in my 16 year old domestic short hair who was having severe weight loss problems. Im a student working only part time, so Im restricted financially. Dr. Simon and her staff were willing to be very flexible and help me afford all the tests my cat needed to stay healthy and active into his golden years. I can never say thank you enough for the kindness and caring The Cat Doctors has shown me and my furry friend. I would recommend The Cat Doctors with 100% confidence to both family and friends.

My cat had lost a lot of weight and was not doing well. Another S. Tampa vet had made multiple mistakes, and my cat wasnt getting better. I was just one of their many patients. Id had enough. I came to the Cat Doctors looking for help. Dr. Vaughn immediately stepped in and figured out what was likely going on. My cat has now gained weight and is doing much better. Dr. Vaughn explained in laymans terms the treatment she was recommending and why. The receptionist is always very friendly and remembers me by name. Im very happy I made the switch, and I highly recommend the Cat Doctors!

Dr. Simon is the best. Weve been to several other vets in the Tampa area over the years with one cat that suffers allergies and another that is healthy as a horse. Dr. Simon actually listens and takes time with her patients and is extremely accommodating, and the staff is on the same page with the doctor. Cat Doctors is an extremely calm and clean office to walk into, unlike some other places weve been recently where I was convinced if my cats did not have something walking in, they would walking out. In my opinion hands down the place to bring your cat.

Dr. Simon, I believe, saved my cats life at one point. I had written a very positive review at that time. I still think that Dr. Simon is an intelligent, knowledgeable and caring vet! However, I believe that the quality of care she gives can be compromised by an overload of patients. It seems to me, from my experiences with her, that she does not always have time to fully focus on any one cat in order to provide the best possible care. As part of that problem, she does not seem to always have the time to fully educate the owner.
