I made an appointment to see Dr Hicks. I was told I would have to wait over a month to see her but I could see a PA sooner. As a stage 4 melanoma survivor I wanted to see a real Doctor. So I waited over a month to see her. I show up for my appointment and they called me in after an hour and 45 minute wait. They then tell me that Dr Hicks is not even there today. They make me wait an hour and 45 minutes to tell me the doctor I waited over a month to see is not even there. They then said would you like to schedule another appointment with Dr Hicks in a month from now. The office was filthy with dead bugs on the floor and the office staff was very rude. Dont waste your time.

I waited over an hour to get seen for a rash. Then I get told that I need a biopsy for said rash and it would take almost 4 weeks to get results. 2 CHUNKS of my belly later, I pick up up steroid cream. Which begins to cause me to SPREAD my rash ALL OVER! I called several times and was rudely told to be patient for the biopsies. I couldnt. I went to an urgent clinic where a RN told me, oh its poison oak, heres a script. 3 days later Im healed. I told them but I only got 1 call back. Mind you its $600 so far. Now they are charging me 112 more? Hell no dont go.

I have seen her twice, once a year for my checkup (I am a sunlover). she is always very nice and thorough with her exam. She completely goes over all my skin exposed to the sun and burns off any pre-cancerous spots she finds. I will go back again this year to see her.
