Im sure other people have a perfectly lovely experience however that was not the case for me. I went here at first due to the high reviews, however I found scheduling difficult despite my schedule flexibility, I soon found out why. During my last visit I opted for the first appointment of the day so as to avoid delay, I dont know that my provider, Carly Tanner, knew she was in the elevator with me. Her conversation centered on her desire to increase her income to over 6 figures while reducing her hours to 3 days a week (hence the scheduling problems). It was awkward considering the nurse she was speaking to probably did not share that earning potential. She then went on to talk about patients being tough to deal with and the less of them the better. I didnt say anything in my appointment when she came bopping in with giant (what I presume to be fake) smile on her face. When later on that month I got rejected by my insurance for the meds she prescribed because their office hadnt sent in the pre-authorization paperwork I gave up. Honestly I could overlook a little Monday morning lamenting if she had even gotten my diagnosis right. I had a feeling that someone so dismissive might overlook something so I went to see a new dermatologist. Turns out she misdiagnosed me (this is after they both ran a biopsy) and the treatments she was considering would not have helped anyways. The office staff was great and super friendly, I just didnt enjoy getting treated like an afterthought by someone who would rather be in Fiji.

This is the WORST Advanced Dermatology office I have ever been to. The employees are always having to be explained to 100 different times what or why you are calling and then when you try to confirm with them, they give you the attitude. I also had to call back for 3 weeks in a row just to try to get one question answered. The only reason why I have to go back is to follow up with the doctor. Let me be clear, the doctor that I have seen was awesome and very helpful. The other employees, especially the front desk, ARE RUDE AND JUST FLAT OUT UNPROFESSONAL! As soon as I go to my follow up appointment, I will be going to a different office for sure.

Worst experience ever.! Dont go .! Staff is rude and incompetent. For every refill they want a appointment so you can pay th copay again. Good luck trying to make a follow up appointment. I had to get a refil for my ezma and they could care less.!

Very hard to get in touch with. It has been 3 weeks since I brought a child in and cannot talk to any nursing staff. I set an appointment for myself here but quickly cancelled it and found another doctor to see. Very unprofessional and rude!
