I have been a client here for years. I started seeing Dr. Hunt for my legs years ago, and he did an outstanding job. My veins, gone. I was so impressed with him, the staff and facilities that I started getting facials here, which led to lasers, etc., etc. Now, I am totally hooked! This is the very best place in the entire area for any and everything that they do. I did my research before choosing The Vein and Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay, and no one even comes close. Dr. Hunt very well may be the best in the entire United States at treating varicose veins, I believe it is a true testament to his abilities that clients come from all over just to see him. One day when I was in the waiting room I overheard someone say they were from New York, flew here to see Dr. Hunt. And he is in our back yard! There is really no where else to go if you want it done right. As for everything else, they have the newest, best, state of the art lasers you can find anywhere. They really stay on top of the times. I have never had such great results as when I get a laser from Kristen. I have even heard from other aestheticians and nurse practitioners (at other dr offices) that her techniques are great. She is well known and respected as an outstanding nurse practitioner in her field. Overall, you cannot go wrong with choosing The Vein and Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay. They really are the very best. They have many loyal clients like myself, who will go no where else. I cannot say enough about this place. If you are reading this review and have not been here yet you must give them a try, you will not be disappointed! :)

I had the sclerotherapy by two different nurses and went three times for them. The first time really hurt a lot. The Nurse was new and I think she tried hard to make it NOT hurt but it hurt anyways. Maybe I am ultra sensitive. But the second time I went, I got a different nurse because my previous one no longer worked there. This nurse was using me to train another nurse. The other (new) nurse was only watching. It didnt hurt as much this time but I saw NO results from this particular treatment afterwards. I have iron stains all over my legs now and I think it looks worse than the veins did. I went back for my third treatment (which hurt worse than the previous 2) and spoke w/ the doctor. He asked me if I had been taking multivitamins. I said yes. He said I shouldnt have been since he thinks it may have caused some of the stains. WHY DIDNT HE TELL ME THAT BEFORE!?! Anyhow, he tried some different kind of injection to make the iron stain go away and it did not work (plus he charged me more for it) I have spent $150 X 3 (treatments) + $50 (experimental iron staining drug) = $500. I have seen no change since first treatment, I have iron stains the size of a dime on one leg and iron stain that looks just like a varicose vein only DARK BROWN. Iron stains are dark brown.

I went to the vein center of Tampa Bay with a bit of melasma on my cheeks. First they convinced me to buy all kinds of creams which I saw absolutely no results. Hundreds of dollars later I still had melasma. I know by reading all kinds of blogs its hard to get rid of melasma but they assured me that with IPL photo facial it would be completely gone. It might take more than 2 treatments but it would be gone. I had read horrors about IPL treatments for melasma but they told me not to listen to those reviews. Like a fool I trusted my face to them and after 3 treatments my melasma was worse. It seemed like it spread under my eyes and I even got some on the other cheek I never had anything on. .Now they recommended Pixel Perfect but I am scared of doing anything else. I feel like its all a sales pitch. This didnt work lets try this. They dont care about your looks it what they can sell. Ive had other procedures done and been happy but I dont recommend this one specially if you are a melasma sufferer. See a dermatologist. They might be more honest.

Lisa - September 6th, 2011 Varicose Veins run in my family; I didnt expect to get them so badly with one pregnancy. With the medical advice of Dr. Hunt and his medical team, I am very pleased that I underwent the Ultrasound Guided Laser Vein Treatment and Sclerotherapy treatment. It was a bit of a longer process than I had expected but overall am very satisfied with the results. Being currently 6 months pregnant with my second child - my legs and feet dont swell like they did, nor do I have the discomfort I had my first go round. The staff was always very courteous, helpful and very informative. Unfortunately, they cant prevent any new spiders from showing up due to this pregnancy BUT I will be back as soon as this baby is born to get those taken care of! Thanks again to Dr. Hunt and the VCC team - your advice to get the procedure done pre next pregnancy has made all the difference in the world!

I have been going to the Vein Center of Tampa Bay for several years and it is really THE PLACE TO GO if you want to feel and look younger!!!! I tried many of their treatments from lasers and IPL to hormone pellets to botox and fillers , all with great GREAT results. Dr Hunt has excellent bedside manners, has a gentle touch and makes you feel like you are his favorite client. He is very knowledgeable and a gentle injector with a precise eye for detail. His injections dont hurt and leave the most natural and flawless results. Going to The Vein Center of Tampa is a pleasure experience... everyone there is very warming, friendly and profession specially Jasmine, that always accommodate my appointments to my busy schedule!!! I recommend The Vein Center of Tampa Bay to all my family and friends.

Ive been a client for almost 15 years for spider vein treatments, botox, dysport and various fillers. I will ALWAYS come here..even after work in rush hour traffic...and I live all the way in Plant City!! The staff is great and make me feel so comfortable with anything new I may want to try for the first time. Ive seen Jessica for fillers and botox during my last two visits. Love her!!! And today I had Sue for an assistant..what a doll baby!! Kaitlyn did my spider treatment and bless her heart, she made those annoying little needle pricks seem like nothing...all in all I will always give my girls in there 5 stars. And btw..props to the office for bringing Kelly on to the Vein Center staff. What a sweet girl!

A patient of Dr. Hunt since 1999! He has the special knack for inserting the tiny solution filled needles so sclerotheraphy barely hurts. I personally enjoy watching my veins disappear.:-) Hes awesome! I have had the fraxel, pixel,fotana,IPL,and as I text this, I cant wait to see tbe results from the Resurfacefx laser. This month I will be 60. I receive many compliments about my skin constantly.The latest,my dentist. Looking at my facial skin while working on my teeth, he mentioned he could hardly believe how smooth my skin is, like a "Teenager". :-) Wanted to know what I was doing, so he could share info. with someone special. My answer, "Dr. Hunt".
