We knew our 9 year old pug had elevated liver levels when we took her there for the 1st time. Putting our trust in all 3 doctors; you sent us (our dog) through a series of tests (telling us how "rare and confusing " this situation is) our dog and underwent lots of stress .including radiology/sono, and you charged us for expensive "counsults with experts" . Yet; NEVER Got us answers.about our dogs so calls rare issue. I also asked for pain relief for her severe arthritis, it was was refused. Your next suggestion was to do a double biopsy , liver and 1 more area. (Costing almost $800 plus. ) We were VERY frustrated and by the not trusting you; so We put our foot down. Left your office Went for a 2nd opinion. New vet tried a RX diet with a new liver supplements and voila! Levels showed they are climbing up at very encouraging rate! Nothing rare there. ( yes I took them all her records). Seems all St Francis Did is rip us off. Clearly money was the only motivation. UPDATE ...MARCH 2017 Cristie passed away March 5 of congestive heart failure. She was a very young 10 years old.With all the time you had her how could you miss that she had an enlarged heart? St Francis ;?If you had put her under for that unnecessary biopsy, since she indeed was very very sick....the procedure would have surely killed her, that very day! YOU-might want to back off on the focus for profit, Increase the focus on healing. I trusted you, with my sweet Cristie...now my heart is broken .

It is so great to have the Trinity location for checkups along with the state of the art facilities in Tarpon Springs to support the Trinity location. I just took my dog Skipper to the Trinity location for a check-up and to discuss his geriatric condition. Skipper is 13 1/2. He has well outlived the life expectancy for a golden retriever. I truly dont think he would still be with us if it werent for this great team. I feel blessed every minute he is still with us (except when he is in the garbage). Thank you to all the staff at both locations for being by my side through this geriatric journey and never giving up when it comes to his comfort and quality of life.

These people did mouth surgery on my cat that was completely unneeded, on top of that they did more than we were told, charging us more, damaging my babys mouth causing us to have to get another surgery (at a vet who knew what they were doing). They even have him antibiotics that caused him to poop blood for a red part of his mouth from the positive of tooth they left in on purpose that he has to get removed. My cat is 11 months and having to get multiple surgeries for no reason babysat of this horrible vet. They have no idea what they are doing and my sweet baby didnt deserve this and neither does yours.

Dr. Braha is the best!! Abby and Amanda are always so sweet and accommodating and friendly! They GENUINELY care about your fur baby. They have been taking care of my Sasha for a long time and they are always willing to squeeze me in. Best of all...Dr. Braha and her nurses spend as much time as needed...They never rush you...love you all! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my Sashi!!!!❤❤
