I have to agree with John about the girl who answers the phone. I called to find out if I can pay a bill for my brothers vet visit over the phone and she was extremely rude. She could have easily said "Im sorry but we cant take cards over the phone" instead of "ugh, we cant take cards over the phone." So sorry to make you have to do your job and answer a question. She needs to brush up on her people skills and the vets should pay attention because she could be driving people away.

After they performed close to $1800 of diagnostic testing, my boy still was acting off. I asked them to test for cushings they told me it definitely was not cushings and I should stop googling symptoms. Four weeks later my fur baby couldnt walk and was in renal failure. Come to find out he was throwing blood clots due to untreated cushings disease. He will never have circulation in his back legs again. This could have been prevented.

They helped me out when I rescued and adopted my cat Mozzypie from a Pharmacy parking lot. They did all the test to make sure he was healthy, and got all the shots and medication he needed, And when he got his nutrition back they neutered him. 3 years later I have a beautiful loving healthy pet, and I would not consider going anywhere else... A great staff who really love animals

Dr. Sattler takes care of both our Miniature Schnauzers in the very best manner. Blossom, now 14+ has heart disease and is still playful. We own Timber Oaks Pet Spa, a daycare/boarding facility close by and many of our customers also use this excellent Veterinary establishment. All their staff have been helpful every visit. Highly Recommended.
