Weve seen Dr Fishbaugh since we moved to the area and have loved him, however they seem to have had a turnover of staff recently. At our last visit, we arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and we waited for an hour to be seen for all of 5 minutes. The visit (an exam and a shot) cost almost $200. When we called to schedule an appointment this morning, the staff repeatedly put us on hold with no hold music (leaving us to wonder if theyd hung up). Staff is now combative and rude. Any question we had was met with disinterested and judgmental remarks that made us uncomfortable entrusting our pets to them. Regardless of cost, our #1 priority is quality care for our fur kids, and it seems that Meadowrun is no longer interested in our business.

What a great place I have been going there for years I have 4 dogs so cost is important also great caring service is important recently my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and at the apt the vet took her time explaining everything to me in detail very awesome caring compassionate service each of my dogs get individual attention not rushing me and affordable prices they dont run test u may not need we talked about that doing blood work first if we had to go next step X-ray we would we never had to do that we got answers with blood work highly recommend vet care at affordable prices win win

Meadowrun cares for my four dogs and has since we moved to Tampa in 2007. They are always professional, and clearly care for the animals that come in to see them. One of my dogs, Teddy, is extremely distrustful of people but the staff has always treated him with care and patience despite his belligerence. They have never balked at treatment and have always made time for our emergency visits as well as our regular checkups. Oh - and being open on Saturdays is a huge benefit.

Though we have always loved Dr Fishbaugh, our most recent experiences with Meadowrun staff have left us feeling less than confident that our needs are valued and our pets are well cared for. Customer service has fallen hard and wait time for assistance is lengthy. Sadly, unless there is great improvement, we will have to find another vet.

Spent $450.00 to get a cancerous tumor removed off my cat tumor was back in less than a month. Took him back on my Birthday and he wanted to put him down that day. Also charged me $50.00 for some medicine he didnt even need. Fischbach needs to retire used to care about animals doesnt anymore.I will NEVER go here again.

I am very disappointed with my experience at that office. They did not do anything helpful with my dog and charge me 80 dollars to do nothing when the vet was talking to me he didnt even seem like she knew what she was talking about. I will never go back here again

The office staff is quick, helpful and friendly. The doctors and assistants are knowledgeable AND able to disseminate important information. You can trust in the long term community reputation that Dr. Fischbach knows what he is doing!

Very clean and friendly staff. Dr. Challenger was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one and educated me about my pets condition. I didnt feel rushed which is an awesome feeling. I will be back!!!!

Other vet here is good. Staff very friendly, Dr, Fischbach way too rough with smaller animals. Good friend also told me she no longer goes here due to his mishandling of her animals. Most reasonable prices around.
