I adopted three cats from the Humane Society two years ago and was given a certificate for a free checkup for my kids at North River Animal Hospital! I have been going there ever since. The staff is awesome, friendly and so very kind and gentle with everyones pets. Dr. Barnes is so very compassionate and patient. I have never had a veterinarian like her. The staff always goes above and beyond their duty. They even take my kids from the car and back out again because they can be pretty heavy. I would recommend that anyone searching for someone to take care of their special kids.....call North River Animal Hospital for an appointment! Merry Pack 8/17/17

I have had many animals and have been to different Animal Hospitals over the years and none have been as caring as NRAH. They have been a blessing in my life for the last 10 years. The staff is wonderful. Not only do they care for my animals but have been a great support to me, at rough times, during end of life treatments on my pets. Never once in the past 10 years have I had any issues with any of their care, they give 100%. My pets "Love" all the employees, and you can tell that They love what they do ! I would recommend North River to any of my friends....They are the BEST :)

I have used North River Animal Hospital for several years. I have ALWAYS been pleased with the care my animals have received. When I enter the office I am greeted with a friendly hello and my pets are treated well. In the treatment room my concerns are listened to and my pets are treated carefully. Dr Barnes and her staff have been wonderful. They always exhibit caring attitudes and spend the time needed to help my pets. I have recommended this office to friends who have asked. I have not heard of any disappointments.

Dr. Barnes is wonderful. I have tried several vets since Dr Vynke retired. The vets were good but the environment just did not have the relaxed and happy vibe this one does. Dr Barnes is the one! My dogs, Nikko and Rizer agree. She is warm and compassionate. My dogs and I are very in tune to the"vibe" around us, relaxed, stressed, hostile, or chaotic. We are all at ease with North River Animal Hospital!

Seriously, the best office ever!! When my dog hurt her leg they told me to bring her right in, I arrived an hour before closing. Every person I saw from the front desk, assistants, techs and especially Dr. Darling was friendly & patient. They stayed almost an hour after closing! I am so happy my Ruby is gonna be OK. Thank you so much ladies, youre awesome!

I love North River Animal Hospital. They are always friendly, good hours, prompt to appointment time and make sure my skidish dog feels comfortable with them before anything is done. The Doctors always come in and sit on the floor to help him warm up to them. They are an amazing group that I would recommend to anyone
