Made an appointment for 8:40am, was not even seen until 10:03am. The nurse swabbed my mouth and left after being in the room maybe for a minute, then I waited another 35 minutes to see the nurse practitioner who was in my room for maybe 45 seconds and says, "Yep, you have strep. Ill be back with amoxicillin." He closes the door and 15 minutes later I decide to step out and see if he has the medication yet. Over 2 hours after my appointment time, they hand me the medication and tell me I can be checked out at the front. When I go to the front the two receptionists are working on another file and dont have the courtesy to even tell me that they would be with me in a moment, I just stand there until they are done. They have an issue with my payment, it takes 5 minutes they have to call corporate for a computer issue and they finally get it resolved. The lady at the counter I am at says "Okay itll be $129." I hand her my card and as she begins to type the lady around the corner goes "No I will check her out up front, you take the lady behind her." So I have to get my card back, walk to the other desk and she says, "Okay itll be $211.80." When I told her that no the other girl just told me $129 she said "No, she entered it in wrong. Its $211.80." So I give her my card and tell her to charge whatever she needs to but that I am unhappy with the care I have received today and that I will be calling corporate to let them know about my experience. With an attitude she says, "Well hang on, Ill even give you our office managers phone number, you can call her anytime." Walgreens clinic does the same thing this clinic does, at about half the cost Centra Care will charge you. There is no way I will be coming back due to the lack of professionalism, long wait times, and minimal patent care.

I wont comment on the long wait - thats been pretty well covered here. By the time I was called back I had to use the restroom, so the nurse directed me to the one near the weigh-in area. No issues, until I was done and discovered the sink had NO WATER. And there was NO SOAP. Not even hand sanitizer. How can a medical facility have a restroom where you cant wash your hands? I told the nurse, thinking it was a plumbing issue, and she casually said "oh, we use that restroom for the drug tests". What?!? No apology, no direction to another sink. I just walked past her to a work area that had hand sanitizer and used that.

Went for my kids to be seen.Got there and had to wait over 2 hrs just to be told in the beginning that "while I fill out my papers,I wouldnt loose my spot".Well that wasnt true,everyone that came after me was seen before me.I was literally the last one being seen. It she such an unpleasant experience,and I felt as if it was done on purpose.Everyone came to be seen,so they should of went in the order a person came in.If it WAS an emergency, thats different, but know one came through the doors had a dying emergency. I would not recommend this place to NO ONE.

Cannot thank the staff and doctors enough at this center. My son had an accident Sunday afternoon and was in shock and bleeding quite badly. After a bad experience at a hospital in Spain my son was terrified. The care patience and support from all the staff on duty was amazing. He was taken in and seen within a very short period. We returned a couple of days later to have the wound dressed and I can honestly say that he walked out smiling, his fears of doctors and hospitals gone. Thanks to all for doing fantastic work!!!

Everyone here was very friendly and professional. We made an appointment on the phone at 9 for 10:30. Once we arrived we filled out paperwork and we taken back within 30 minutes. We had a nurse check vitals and symptoms and we were in a patient room in less than 10 minutes. The doctor saw us in less than 5 minutes. After another 10 we were diagnosed and had prescriptions in hand. All the staff were professional and great with me and my daughter. Thank you for giving us excellent care.

Scheduled an appointment online and completed online registration. The lobby was clean and neat when I arrived and all of the staff was very polite. I was taken back right away and only waited a little while to be seen by the doctor once I was in an exam room. The doctor was very thorough and my prescription was faxed to my pharmacy within 15 minutes of leaving my appointment. Very efficient and friendly care.

Highly recommend that you find a different approach when it comes to your medical needs! Long waits, misdiagnosis, and inexperienced "doctors" is what you will see dealing with this facility! Had a ear infection 3 months and still the nurse practitioner couldnt find an infection!Finally seen a pcp who said it was an inner and outer infection!!3 months of pain stay away! Youve been warned!

I was very reluctant to visit an urgent care facility because of the many horror stories I have heard . However my experience at this location was pleasant. The staff were friendly , prompt, and was diligent in listening to my health concerns. I felt like everyone I interacted with genuinely care about my well-being. I was in and out in less than an hour with medication in hand.

I went there because my three year old had a fever and bad cough. I arrived at 9:30 and didnt leave until 1pm. Although the staff were nice, we kept falling to lower priority because of emergencies. I would advise anyone with kids to not go here for minor illness as this seems more like an ER. I wont be going back due to the long wait times.

i forgot my insurance card and the staff was extremely unhelpful. they wanted 300$ as a flat fee before even knowing what i am seeing them for. i just moved to florida and will never go here again. better places in the area and more convenient. apparently seeking medical care us more about key than seeing what the patients symptoms are.

I showed up early in the morning and was told there would be a 4 hour wait. I went home and made a reservation for 3:40PM. I showed up 20 min early and told there would be a 2 hour wait. I told them to cancel my reservation and was never offered a thank you or apology. Just indifference. This has happened several times. Never again.

First visit was very disappointing: Walked in, stood at the desk for at least five minutes while the front receptionist was on a personal call. She never spoke a word to us even after seeing that my son was ill. I left and took him to the ER. Centracare perhaps you need to fill your positions with people who will actually do their job!

For starters if you are diagnosed with something and are prescribed medication the medicine should either cure the problem or cut down the problem. I make a "no-wait" appointment at 3:20 to be waited but what really pisses me off is the fact another person with a 4:00 appointment is checked right in!
