Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Jessica Graves and her staff are professional & expedient in their care of your furbabies AND of you! Their office is clean and efficient. They will give you a written estimate, with no pressure, should your furbaby need treatment, surgery or procedures. Most unusual in my experience is the fact that they call you to check up on the well being of your furbaby after any treatment. One of mine was gravely ill and they called weekly, just to check in on her! There are many great vets in our area, but I would highly suggest Dr. Graves if you want to stay with the same vet for years. She is young, energetic and loves what she does with a passion! (Also a UF graduate! Go Gators!)

Ive been taking my tea cup chihuahua to NWAH since he was 6 weeks old and he is now 5 years old. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They showed great concern when hes had surgery or been sick. Theyve always called to check on him afterwards. I definitely recommend Northwest Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a place to take their "furbabies" ! Also, the office is always clean and never smells bad.

The receptionist and nurse were welcoming. The establishment is clean and smells nice! My wait time was good! The doctor did a thorough exam! My dog Precious seemed to be at ease in the exam room! I would return with my other doggy buddys! Dr. Graves, Nurse Trish, and Office Manager Miranda are awesome and great service providers! The nurse called to see how my dog Precious was doing after her visit! WOW!

The Dr and staff care about Prince as much as I do! They all were wonderful in taking care of Prince. Wonderful experience for Prince (and me). They were so kind in teaching me how to care for Prince. So happy to have found Northwest Animal Hospital.
