Intelligent and very caring staff. We brought in a kitten whom was found on colonial wandering/looking disoriented. We named him Timothy, and despite being sick with terrible sneezing and weakness, he followed us all over. We were planning on going to the vet the next day, he took a sharp turn for the worst overnight. Dr. Neitzel and her staff were wonderful! They scooped him up started getting an IV, fluids, antibiotics, bloodwork, and a warming pad in a few minutes time. She kept us updated and let us sit in his room where she or her staff would give us frequent updates. She was honest and told us he would not likely make it through the day, we suspected sepsis, and he did not. While a very sad situation, we were dealt with like proper pet parents and Timothy was treated as a member of our family and not some "stray". This situation really showed me that there are vets who genuinely care. We always recommend her.

My dog broke her nail off, and it was bleeding ALOT because her quik was exposed. Unfortunately, my husband was at work at the time with all the credit cards, and I had no cash whatsoever on me, but the amazing people at the Garden Vet Clinic were willing to help my dog and accept payment once my husband was off and able to stop by! Thankfully my neighbor is a frequent regular there and that may have had something to do with it, but I feel like they wouldve helped me in the kind way that they did regardless! Thank you to Dr. Kim and her entire staff for being so amazing =)

Dr. Neitzel and her staff have been caring for my 9 furbabies for years. Some are geriatric, middle age and young, so there have been a wide variety of issues (yearly shots, teeth cleanings, etc.) among them. They live very healthy indoor and outdoor (large enclosed area) lives thanks to the wonderful care given to them by Dr. Neitzel. She always knows their needs and exactly how to address them. She has even been through two of our losses recently. She is so kind and attentive and we appreciate her so very much. You will love her.

This is a nice small veterinary clinic that gives great service to your animals at a reasonable rate.This is a VERY family oriented veterinarian place that really CARES about your pets. The vet tech Sue is WONDERFUL as she has been helping me with giving medicine to my cat. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic for your cats and dogs. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Neitzel and her staff. A very caring place to take your animals to.

Best Veterinarian I have found in Orlando over the last 30 years. Our dog loves Dr. Kim and she is the only reason he will get in a car. (He has motion sickness). You say Dr. Kim and he wags his tail. He knows she can always make him better. She is also reasonably priced.
