I started going to Aspen Dental in 2015. Love the staff right off the bat. Very sweet and caring about my well being. I had established a great relationship with Olivia. Sooooooo sweet but other things was happens in my life. Sooooooo I returned back to Aspen on yesterday Valentines day which I spent my day there. Lol Again the staff was amazing. I felt really at home again. I was welcome with a smile from the young lady at the front desk. The young lady that did my x-rays was super friendly. The young lady that measured my gums was super nice and my Dr Clay was super super nice. Everything I asked her it was well explained plus she went into great details about what needed to b done. Miss Migdalia omg I felt like Ive known her foreverrrrrrrrr. She was sooooooo sweet and friendly. Even when I didnt quite understand a lot of things still after she had told me, she broke it down to me with a big smile with no hesitation. She really helped me out a lot. I ended up getting a cleaning. Omg she made me so comfortable. Very concerned through out the procedure if I felt any pain to let her kn. I am terrified of anything pointed, needles, shots or anything like that going n my mouth but she reassured me everything was gonna b ok and it was. I would have given this a much higher rating if it hadnt taken so long. I waited over three and half hours before the doctor even saw me. Appointment took over four hours total! Besides that, I actually had a good experience. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for someone like me who is without dental insurance. They are also very good about explaining everything on your bill before collecting any money. In addition, their staff members are incredibly nice and mostly professional. One employee, in particular, sat and talked to me for over 20 minutes while I was waiting on the doctor just to brighten my day. I will be returning for further dental work, but Ill be sure to bring a book next time!

I came for a cleaning (4 teeth) that was senseless and a permanent fitting. Dr Clay was initially rude about my dental plan and would not do the lower permanent partials even though I had received your letter that I had already paid for them as this was part of the plan all along and I had even upgraded picked the dentures I want with the front office 6 months ago and she entered into billing/insurance and said it would be only a $40 difference. When Dr clay finally saw me again after an hour, to soft realign my temps, she said i healed well and in one month I can come back to get my permanent fitting. I expect there to be NO issues at my next appt to get my parrmanents!!!

Waited almost 2 hours after arriving early for appointment. A few of the ladies up front were having a very loud and unprofessional conversation that everyone in the waiting room had no choice but to listen to. When I was finally called back my procedure was delayed another 30 minutes because the doctor and a few other employees were having an argument. Would have left and demanded a refund if it wasnt so hard for me to take off work. I would like to describe this office as the fast food restaurant chain of dental service. This being said there were a few professionals there that did outstanding work, the bottle neck in the service overall seemed to be the doctor.

Avoid this place. Ive needed a crown for several years. They just pile on procedure after procedure and will have you running from place to place for more work. The staff and hygienists are pleasant, but not so much the dentist. At least she could greet folks.... Im just going back to my old dentist to be robbed again and enslaved to debt instead of these people. America, you really need to wake up and provide your people with affordable dental care, etc. Civilized countries (some even you dont consider civilized) do instead of having people in debt until the day they die for their teeth and everything else.

Prices are competitive with their coupons and discounts. Their dental "plans" are great but dodge the $130 toothbrush... Business ethics are in place, I guess... A 2 dollar toothbrush is going to be just as functional as a $130 toothbrush... Try gurgling salt water as well as Listerine for your gingivitis and abscess needs. Salt water is an ancient anti-sceptic and anti-bacterial fluid used by the ancient peoples as an oral rinse. Century old bacterial remedy which may prove itself time and time again.

Butcher shop! They charge for services that are not needed. Then preform surgeries that you specifically tell them you dont want causing terrible damage. Their dentures look horrible! Nothing like they show you and do NOT fit at all!!! Then they dont have time to see you anymore after they have been paid in full. Please google aspen dental complaints..read them and dont go here!!!! Their reviews are doctored!!!

The Aspen Dental office in Athens is the only Dental office I have ever gone to without apprehension. All the staff from the Dentist to the Receptionist are professional caring people. They took care of filing my Dental Insurance and gave me a guaranteed price that I would pay. Service, friendliness, caring, professional. Horrible service. Gave me sharp dentures that cut upper lip the other perm pair sharp at back and cut roof of my mouth. Money back guaranty is not but half what you paid and that is only if temp & perms are returned otherwise you only get 1/4 of what you had to pay. And they charge for services you dont need that they said was already included in initial payment!! I recommend Affordable Dentures!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival there I was informed my Humana HMO was not accepted. I had called before making an appointment and was told it would be accepted. Humana PPO is accepted there but not HMO - unbelievable. I was informed that some Aspen Dental offices do accept HMO , but not the one in Athens. This aspect of your company needs to be clarified for us in the Athens area.

The staff here is AMAZING! When I couldnt afford the costs of all I needed done they worked with me and gave me a 20% discount. I would definitely recommend them, the total cost of multiple procedures here was less than the cost of a single procedure at my usual dentist in Athens. They definitely treat you like family at Aspen Dental!

Never going back again, you go to any other dentist you are able to get everything or anything all done in one day this dentist I had to come in do an examination and then come back thats the way for them to just keep getting money off of you. never going back again worst visit ever. So sad about it

The cleaning itself was fine. My major issue was that I waited 40 minutes to get taken back after showing up on time for my appointment, had x-rays done, then was placed in another waiting room to wait some more until I could actually see the dentist. My time is just as valuable as the dentists.
