My family has been going to Shiva after Dr Felsenfeld retired. She is very aggressive. I feel like she is money hungry. I came in to do a crown and while my mouth was open and I was under nitrous she said I needed a core and it would be an additional 300. First off I was on nitrous.... Hello. Then her Asst. Very sweet she acted like she was doing assisting for the first time when it was her asking her for this then she would change her mind and then her Asst was blamed. Honey its all YOU!!!! You are rude and think that you are entitled. I have watched 3 sets of staffs come and go within 6mo. Then you finally lost Shelby and Katelyn and Kelly is the only one left. But..... Im sure you will ruin that too. Therefore please do not go there. Im sure within 6 mo it will be a brand new staff. Again it cant be all the staff. There is 1 common denominator and thats YOU! You should humble yourself

Dr. Shiva is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. The office is warm, friendly and very classy. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they are so careful to make sure its the most painless experience possible. The best part Ive discovered is the soft-tissue massage Dr. Shiva offers! She has a great touch and to have my head, neck, shoulders, face and jaw gently manipulated has made an amazing difference in my entire body. Who knew we carry so much tension in our heads? It has the most delightful trickle down effect! I highly recommend Dr. Shiva if not for dental work then at least take 15 min - 1 hr to experience what she does to reduce tension from TMJ, working on computers, texting or any thing else. Thank you Dr. Shiva and staff!!!

Dr Shiva is an amazing dentist!! Her work is perfect & makes sure you are at your most comfortable at all times. She makes her procedures totally painless and wants you to have a pleasant experience through any procedure. I truly admire her work ethic, experience and hard work to make sure her patients get the perfect care that they need. Adrienne who is the hygienist is also amazing! She cares so much about her patients & also makes sure you are also feeling convenient as well. Carmen is like the cherry on top at the place, her welcoming and warm personality brings you peace within the environment when you walk in. Highly recommend!!

Please avoid coming to this office for any dental needs. Instruments did not appear to be properly sterilized. Dr. is not genuinely caring about treatment of oral care as much as her money. Staff is always changing, there appears to be no stability from the minute you walk in. Needs to advertise in the Monthly Shopper due to patients leaving the practice because they are unhappy with the over diagnoses of the treatment, I had a second opinion and I had been treated with 2 or the 9 cavities that were diagnosed here. My family and I will never return or recommend this office. Dr. Joel was a much better dentist!

I found Dr. Hogugi and her staff to be kind, professional, articulate, and respectful. Her office was clean and well organized with a relaxed feel, and my comfort was a priority. Dr. Hogugi has done extensive work on my teeth the last couple of months, (including the dreaded "root canal"), and I can honestly report that NONE of it hurt. Not "during" any procedure, and not "after". I didnt even need a prescription for pain ! Im scheduled to have a bit more work done, and I have no fear about that at all. Dr. Hogugi and her staff have earned my trust. :)

Her hard work and focus is apparent. She is a perfectionist which is what I want in a dentist. She is thorough and her approach is very professional at all times. Her work is first rate.

Dr. Shiva and her staff go way out of their way to be pleasant and professional. They explain every step of both the procedures and payment. I was given several alternatives and phases of treatment. This allowed me to choose what I could afford and what I would need to further my treatments. They are the best ever.

No stars. She bought the practice from a great dentist. Her crowns come off repeatedly and she admitted she sued sub par material leftover from the prior dentist. She is a an awful dentist. Not even certain she is a citizen as her English is horrible. Avoid her.
