Accounting (billing) of this office is terrible. Despite that the contracts between dentists and insurance companies such as Delta Dental describe that they can charge only the maximal fees allowed by the insurance companies, this office charges patients with full fees they request to insurance company. This billing procedure is a violation of the contract. In addition, this office often charges patients twice, since they miss recording payments. Their second charges some time come 4 months later, even though those charges are fully paid. Since the second charges are changed from the first charge and are stated as unpaid balances, you have to ask the details. The worst is that balances in their statements contain debit adjustments, credit adjustments, insurance adjustments and others which are not related to treatments you receive. Since the office exploits ignorance (of patients) and profiteering, balances set by this office are not trusted and reliable. You should be careful in payment and ask detailed statements of billing. Otherwise, patients have to pay up to twice more than the maximal allowance which the insurance companies approve, depending on how the office handles bills. Dr. Nakisher misdiagnoses and mistreats patients in very primitive ways; he blindly performs root canal treatments, thus causing overfills (, which in turn causes awful pains), or failing to reach to roots. He performs root canal treatments to wrong teeth, thereby resulting in damage of healthy teeth. Friendliness in this office is only for covering up such dental mistreatments and billing abuses (cheating). Indeed, it disappears, when you ask questions about billing and treatments. What I described here are also complained in reviews appeared in Yelp and other Web sites.

My family and I have been going to this office for years. They are the best!!! I always get a friendly and warm greeting when I arrive from the girls up front. Patti, the hygentist, does a great job and Dr. Nakisher is awesome. He takes the time to actually talk to you while youre in the chair and is interested in what you have to say. They treat you like family there and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I went to lakeview after not seeing a dentist for three years, terrible I know. I went and got a cleaning and x-rays done because my wisdom teeth were bothering me, and everyone at the office was so helpful and friendly! I have a bit of a dentalphobia and I didnt feel nervous here at all!
