Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. Yet, coming here has been a very pleasant experience. The entire staff is welcoming, helpful, efficient, and prompt. I appreciate feeling like you understand my dental history, and that my care is the best possible preventive & cost-efficient program. For most of the last year, my hygienist has been Janalyn. She seems passionate about giving me the best possible care, even if it means giving bad news. I also appreciate the comfort of being able to have continuity with the same person. I dont think there is anything else I would like to see. I expect that you have the latest in expertise and equipment. For me personally, its more about your "bedside manner" from the friendly greeting at the door to being personally walked back out to the front desk. I always feel like you care about my care and my time. It matters more given the frequency of my visits. Thank you.

The Lake Oconee Dentistry experience was everything I would want a dental visit to be . . . and a lot more. The staff was not only professional, but also kind and considerate. The office was immaculate, technologically advanced, and resonated service orientation. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. David Bradley who was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time to explain his findings and to listen to my concerns. Since this was my first visit, I asked others their thoughts about the practice. One young lady stated that she traveled from Wilkerson County because she loved the place. I did not travel as far but certainly agree that you cant help but love the place.

I have been going to Drs David and Patti Bradley for the better part of 15 years, despite living over an hour away they are the only dentist I would consider seeing in the area. Facilities are top notch, and their commitment to patient care and comfort is superb, I would even go as far to say they make going to the dentist enjoyable. Despite their practice growing larger over the years, their staff share the same commitment to quality patient care as they always have, all of it is very professional and at the same time they take a personal touch with everyone. I recommend anyone from Athens to Madison or even Augusta to consider Lake Oconee Dentistry for their dental needs.

Each time I go to Lake Oconee Dentistry, I am very impressed with the way you run your business. Starting with your employees...you have an excellent staff who are always helpful and make me feel special. I feel like your employees are glad that I am there and go out of there way to be very friendly in a professional way. The office , is the state of the art, and I always feel that I am getting the best treatment available. Dr. Patti is an excellent dentist and I would recommend Lake Oconee Dentistry to anyone. My only regret is that I didnt go to Lake Oconee Dentistry sooner. In addition to Dr. Patti, there are three other excellent dentists, including, David, Pattis husband.

I first want to mention I started a review earlier and somehow Goggle gave them a 2 Star rating from me This is so not the case. I wish I could give them more that a 5 Star Rating. They are amazing! I had the misfortune of my front tooth breaking off on a Sunday evening. So I called them on Monday and they saw me Immediately. I felt as if I was their main priority. Dr David gave me my smile back, and gave me a dental plan going forward. . He was wonderful!!! Dr. David, Dr. Patti, and Dr. Shelley are all excellent dentist though. The whole office staff are all so very helpful and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable I would recommended them to everyone.

A bridge which had been placed by a US Army Dentist way back in 1965 and had served me well for 52 years finally succumbed and the two front teeth it had held onto did the same. Angela made me feel welcome -- as if I had been a long-term patient...and I will be. Ashley, Jessica, and Dr. Shelly do a great job of easing the obvious stress of dental fright. My blood pressure was nearly normal!!! There are some extractions on the horizon, crowns and fillings...procedures I used to dread...but now less-so based on my initial experience.

I am always nervous whenever I visit the dentist, but Dr. David is so professional and friendly. He has a great sense of humor, which puts me at ease. When I last visited, he filled my tooth with little to no pain, and I am doing great. I think he is an excellent dentist. Im referring anyone who needs a dentist to him. Also, everyone with whom I had contact in the office was professional, smiling and so amiable. I cant overemphasize how much this outstanding professionalism and air of friendliness means to me.

Our family have been patients of Drs. David and Patti Bradley for about 14 years. It is impressive at the amount of expertise they possess with regard to their profession. I recently had a crown replaced with Dr. Patti. The experience was plesant and not uncomfortable. The crown fit the first time and feels like its always been there. The office staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. The staff is always concerned with making sure the patient is comfortable and their needs are met.

Their practice exemplifies the "3 Cs" that are important to someone like me who needs a lot of dental help. Lake Oconee Dentistry told me they accepted my insurance but did not tell me that some of the procedures they performed were not covered by my insurance and the cost of many of the procedures they performed on me exceeded the usual and customary payment amounts provided by insurance carriers. I ended up with a very large bill which I did not anticipate. Had I been informed of this I would not have chosen to use their services.

i am not fond of going to the dentist ever, at all, to any of them BUT that being said i know i have to do it and this dentist office is the best i have been to ...have been going to them since we moved here 15 years ago...dr patti and dr david are so nice and cheerfully put up with my grouchy whiny self...so therefore tho i do not "love it" i will give them five stars for being so close to "loving it" as i will ever come...
