Most unprofessional and unclean dentist office in all my years of living. When you walk in you dont? feel welcome and the staff are not polite. The wait time is extremely long due to over scheduling of patients. The intial exam consisted of one x ray and put in for a preauthorization for a deep cleaning to the insurance and that was it. I had a short cleaning the next visit and the dentist office dragging out my treatment had no intention on filling my cavities and even chipped part of my front tooth with no filling still. The next visit was scheduled with Dr.j comes to find out just to tell me I need several tooth extractions. The following visit I was scheduled for... two teeth were pulled one molar and one wisdom. This Dr. J wanted to extract way too many teeth. Because During my next visit I met Dr. Solaman a doctor from another dentistry across the parking lot that filled in due to an emergency that happened within the office, told me that I could get approved for root canal vs. Extraction which the original dr.j Want to just yank my teeth out. The nurse in the room at this time also claims the previous authorization was sent in for deep cleaning which was not true because I contacted blue Cross complete directly and they said they didnt receive a request for deep cleaning until today and that they have to process the request. For the past two months treatment was at a stand still regarding the deep cleaning due to the negligence of the staff sending in the authorization.Theres a lack of honesty and communication with the patient and doctor/staff relationship. Then the dr. J I was originally assigned to moved to Canada and the nice lady that worked there... shes the one actually helped get the pre authorization for the deep cleaning sent out,quit due to chaos within the workplace and said she couldnt handle working at a place like that consisting of drama and rude Co workers. Next thing you know now the deep cleaning and the root canals were approved and the deep cleaning was scheduled. Joyce that performed my deep cleaning persistently kept aggravating my upper tooth where a future root canal would be performed after I repeatedly asked her to stop and i didnt get a complete deep cleaning. After the partial painful deep cleaning I scheduled a root canal due to the nerve pain I was having in my upper molar where the lady kept aggravating and unconviently the earliest time they had available was over a month away. Now, I am taking pain meds to filter the pain Im experiencing. The day of my appointment comes and the unhygienic Dr. rudely asked my wife to get out of his chair and the nurses claim there is a new rule where the procedure cannot be performed with her in the back when she previously she was back there with me during my extractions. The dr. Had paint on his pants wild hair and was rude. He was not on the same page with the nurses. They knew I was there for a root canal when he said I was scheduled for two extractions and also stated he doesnt have time for a root canal. That a root canal would take 1 1/2 hours that he can do a half of a root canal and finish the other half God only knew when. I refused to have only a half of root canal performed. A bully looking nurse proceeds to walk up to my wife and ask her if there is a problem and says the two nurses that were originally in the room claimed my wife had a problem after they okd she can stand outside of the door. I look up and I got like five nurses in my room all inn my mix. A couple nurses tried to put their backsides in my face literally. We are never going back. Just to get a call not even ten minutes later with a office manager named Val pleading to make it right and how she agrees that only a half of a root canal isnt right and will try to make things right. I complained of the staff making me uncomfortable with bad boundries and about my wife staying in the room when five nurses just popped up in my room out of hoe where. Going back to that dirty office will not be a thought that crosses my mind and I DONT recommend this dentist office

I am so upset with the younger dentist that works there. My story started out this way: I went in because I had a broken tooth I saw a wonderful dentist but to be honest was shocked that he was using a walker and was in is 80s BUT he was great and kind and really worked with me since I have Anxiety about the dentist very very bad, Anyway he filled my tooth that broke to try an save it. But after 3 hours of work I was still having pain so I had to go back in and the only dentist there was the younger one ( I dont remember their names sorry) so I had no choice but to see him. He was not no where as kind or understanding regarding my anxiety. He said I would need a root canal and crown and that it would cost $2300.00 since Medicaid does not cover these so that upset me seeing I do not have money like that so he said he could pull it to take antibiotics and come back. I told him I was losing my insurance Dec 31st so he said he would pull it that day and visit. After all this I did get upset and cried but I tried really hard not too but could not help it Anxiety is not easy to control. Anyway he put the shots in my gums but when he had to do the roof of my mouth it hurt really bad and I groaned he kicked his door shut like I did it on purpose. When I was somewhat numb he started to pull my tooth and the instrument slipped and I kinda yelled he said thats great that wont scare my other patients. He then used scissors and would not tell us what he used them for. After I left he went to the next patient that happened to be my 18 year old daughter and told her that her mother was a BABY. Regardless of what he thought of me he should never of said anything to her about me. Once we got home I noticed a blister on my gum and I was concerned so we called the office and had to talk to three people before one said it was just an infection to take the antibiotics that were prescribed but no pain meds. We asked to speak with who ever was in charge of the dentist and we were told it was lady named Val and they needed to know what it was it was about so we told them the way I was treated my the dentist and was told she would call us and never did. So I have decided to write his review. I use to refer them to anyone that asked who took adult Medicaid and to that I would say If you could get in to see the older dentist I loved him and the girls that work there are great. Thank you

There are more professional and prompt dental services available. The staff approval is split. The front office and general hygienist did a fair job. 2.5 to 3.5 stars. I kept on top of the time past my apt and made sure that I was in the chair within 15 minutes past my appt. I further had to make sure that the dental hygienist was aware I would not wait around. I can not give any stars to the dentist who saw me. He did not introduce himself and asked 3 questions then spent the remainder of time telling me I need to floss, and that a healthy mouth would require filling more than the tooth giving me the problem that I came into have filled, as he poked at the old fillings, he said "Im sure that hurt", and these old fillings.. we use enamel colored fillings. The initial problem was not attended to and the dentist departed with a comment I only heard part of. ( 15 min... 2 visits... and something about it was time for lunch). The office location is easy to find and does gps with ease. The waiting room is large and quiet in the morning. The carpet in the lobby needs to be steam cleaned. The gals, possibly other hygienists kept running their hands through their hair, more room to room hand washing should become part of the routine, even though they use gloves. I will not be using the services of this office in the near future. For others the office might be what they need or want in a dentist. My next appointments to fill the tooth/teeth was unable to be scheduled till mid September. I went elsewhere.
