Poor poor service! Took my son, was believed he had flu. No swab, no nothing done. Walked in complaining of chest pain, left complaining of chest pain. ER dr never listened to chest, never touched him. Never did chest xray. Dr came in room, sat down in a chair and asked few questions. Unbelievable! Left that night and next day, had to go to another hospital - discovered he had pneumonia! Medical malpractice! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Theres a reason the waiting room is empty!

My husbands doctor scheduled him for an outpatient ultrasound. We arrived at 10:15 to do paperwork for a 10:30 appointment. The ultrasound tech did not arrive till about 10:40. I saw her walk through the doors. We waited till after 11:00 before my husband was called back. We understand that things may come up but we were given no communication. He hadnt had anything to drink or eat since midnight. Next time we will go with our gut feeling and request to go elsewhere.

I will never go back. The ER was dirty- hair was waxed into the floor. The doctor in the ER poked my abdomen, gave me pain meds, and then said the I would need to go to my primary doctor for an ultrasound because the person that does them and the hospital would not be there till 10:30. A huge waste of time.

Rude,people working there,they need to learn professionalism..long waits when the room is empty,.one dr.on staff,I could have gone to covington and back three times as slow as they are..No wonder its called a bandaid station.
