Staff super friendly! Nice office but pcp referred me to them and I left in the same shape I was in when I arrived. The dr was in and had no more patience. But I could come back and see him next week for another 65.00 coPay which I can barely afford healthcare as it is. Very disappointed!! I remember a time when drs would not let you leave the office once they new you needed help. The reviews brought me here but Im thinking it was a mistake at this point.

Very unprofessional, changed appointments on me several times the last time they call 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to try and cancel. Failed to follow up when promised. Dr. cussed in front of my child, had no shoes on and seemed more interested in texting than he did my child. My son was given a prescription and I called to say he was having a bad reaction and they said they would call back, I never received a call back.

I called this facility in a panic on Saturday early afternoon looking to schedule a appointment as a new client. The owner, happened to answer! This lady was calm, smart, a breath of fresh air. When I tell you she didnt rush me off the phone & she listened to my concerns, and added value to our conversation. I will definitely recommend this facility! Thank you!!!

Really nice and helpful staff. The ladies in the office are friendly and the appointment times are very flexible. I would recommend them to anyone in the Henry County area.
