This vetertary clinic is the most uncaring rude & disrespect place I took my dog Bobo there he had 2 have 1 of his eyes removed on July 5 2017 unfornanty he has compilations from the surgery he stopped eating & drinking couldnt walk without falling over so I took him back to see the doctor Monday July 10 2017 they gave him fluids. When I talked to the doctor I ask him what do I do since hes not improving at all my dog Bobo was declining rapidly. The doctor told me if he doesnt show any improvement in couple days than I need 2 bring him in thurs July 13 2017 & have him put down. Since the doctor wouldnt be there 4 the rest of the week I specifically ask him what do I do since he wont be there he said no problem there 2 women that will take care of it. So here I am wed July 12 2017 I called 2 set up a time 2 have my preious Bobo put down & was told they cant do it without the doctor there & I wood have 2 wait til Monday July 18 2017 I told them what the doctor said & ask her 2 call him she wouldnt call the doctor & was the most nastiest woman I ever dealt with. Here Im having 2 put my dog down & she could care less. My mother called up there 2 let her now what the doctor said & if she could please call the doctor the woman just hung up on my mother. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU NEVER TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS 2 THIS CLINET I FEEL EVERYONES PETS R PART OF THE FAMILY & LOVED DEARLY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS & WANT THEM 2 GET THE BEST CARE DO NOT GO HERE THESE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE REALLY SHOULD BE FIRED its hard enough having2 put your beloved pet down. I dont deserve & especially by dog Bobo doesnt deserve 2 be treated like a piece of garage

I havent been to this office in years, but when my little ferret Dizzy got extremely ill, I took her in to Dr Chester. Immediately upon signing in, they took us back and did a thorough exam and sent her home with antibiotics. After a week when her condition wasnt improving, he tried another antibiotic. Ferrets are very hard to diagnose, mind you. When it didnt work, he saw her for a 3rd time and gave me penicillin injections to give to her daily. In all this, I probably paid less than $100. X-rays, office visits, since she wasnt improving, he didnt charge me for the second and third office visits. He truly cares about the well being of animals over the money. Ive never paid less than $50 for an office visit, especially for an exotic animal. I will bring any of my babies to him from this day forward

They were very fast with getting my kitty in even though we were a walk in. The doctor was thorough and open minded the price was high but expected

My hen had a impacted coup and was dying. A quick surgery and she is doing fine now.
