My beloved, special and cherished fur baby Jack went to the Rainbow Bridge. I want to give credit to Dr Mason and her staff, but especially Dr Mason and Taylor. Jack was sick for a short while and that is how I met Dr Mason. You would have thought Jack knew her for years. She was so wonderful with him and with me. Dr Mason had compassion in her eyes (and maybe some tears too) when the day came that Jack needed to go be with the other fur babies who were waiting for their mommies on the bridge. I was crushed, devastated and emotional. Dr Mason “bought” jack and I some time so that we could be together that day and say our goodbyes at home until we went to the office. I cannot express how compassionate Dr Mason is. I could but it may take a book. Since Jacks passing Dr Mason has never made me feel like she does not have time for me as I am starting the search for another baby. She listens to me and guides me and once again, I get emotional and she has compassion and knowledge. Thank you to Dr Mason and the rest of the staff at Harmony Animal Hospital. Let me start by saying this place is AMAZING. I live an hour and half away and while visiting a family friend we were playing in the creek and the water turned solid red and above me was my pup with that bewildered look she has but acting no differnt. When she stepped from the creek blood was literally pouring from her front leg. I put pressure on it but it continued to put so I put her in my car and drive about a mile to the first vet that I came to and brought her inside still bleeding horribly they told me they didnt know if they could work her in before she bled out so I out her back in car and made it to harmony Animal hospital and carried her in and they IMMEDIATELY took her back and sprang into action. I accredit her living to the awesome doctor and her staff. Another ten minutes and I am sure she wouldnt be here to pester me today. Being out of town and having an emergency is very scarey but coming to a place where they treat your fur baby the same as you would expect your skin baby is simply amazing. Thank you again Dr. Mason and her staff for taking such good care of us. Terra and sasha. P.s. no more creek trips for the pup.

Dr. Dawn Mason and her team are ALWAYS friendly, Always on time, and Always have a CLEAN facility. I found out about her through a mutual business connection, as I own a dog boarding business run out of my home in Holly Springs, it is always important to be familiar with the local vets as several of my clients use her as well. I have used her several times since for my own dogs routine vaccines, x-rays, check ups. My mother and grandmother started using them also. It is important to me that a veterinary office feel welcome not only in personality in the employees but also the atmosphere and decor. Also, I have working dogs, Belgian Malinois that are not the "normal" cases- Dr. Mason took the time to listen to how they needed to be handled and even spoken too and worked out their idiosyncrasies. She also lets me do all the handling of my dogs as they are not fans of others touching them- this is so important and shows she has nothing to hide and wants to make the veterinary visit as pleasant, and calming for the dog as possible. Thank you for taking care of not only my personal dogs, but also my clients as well. :-)

Awesome staff! Kind, caring, no waiting time when you show up for an appointment. My first experience with Harmony animal hospital was during an emergency with my fur baby, Dr. Mason had me bring her in and they got her back right away to asses the situation, drew up a plan and began figuring out what the problem was. Layla stayed for a few days, I was called and received text throughout the time she was in their care. I was constantly informed as to her condition. I also called several times with new questions and received a call back within 30 min of each call I made. Dr. Mason has a wonderful bedside manner and took my concerns as seriously as I did. Ive been to several vets in the area over the years, and hands down my best experience. This is the only team I trust with my baby now.

Dr. Mason herself, and now Harmony Animal Hospital, has always been wonderful with our cats for close to a decade now. She takes the time to ensure that we understand exactly what is taking place with their health. I especially like that the entire evaluation of our pets is done in the exam room so that our pets don’t have the added stress of being taken away from us and we can witness exactly what is being done to them. She has been helpful when we have welcomed new pets to our family, and compassionate and caring when we have had to say goodbye to others. Her staff is wonderful, her new offices clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend Harmony Animal Hospital for the care of anyone’s pets.

Dr. Mason and her staff are the epitome of veterinary care: kind, compassionate and professional. I especially appreciate that she takes the time to list various treatment options and their financial impacts, showing that she truly understands and wants to ensure that her clientele is able to afford the care to keep our loved ones treated from whatever is afflicting them. I have a kitty who was diagnosed with a chronic condition, and that has caused me to visit the office more frequently than I ever have! But every interaction with staff members has been a pleasant one. I highly, highly, highly recommend Dr. Mason and the staff at Harmony Animal Hospital!

Very disappointed with my experience. I heard such great things and I was unimpressed from the beginning. Very poor communication, spoke over me when I questioned a charge, was extremely concerned about being "right" instead of customer experience, and charged me for everything under the sun. I have not felt that from other vets, and really felt disappointed here. I would not recommend and I will not go back. It was also found later that they "double-billed" me for charges - so they should not be so "offended" when a customer questions charges.

I have raised and trained several German Shepherd puppies. I recently moved from Roswell and had been taking my new puppy to another Veterinarian closer to my house. I had concerns about the care he was receiving and took him to see Dr. Mason. Dr. Mason and the staff were wonderful. She did a very thorough evaluation of my pup and found an issue that the previous vet had missed. I have had dogs all my life, and involved heavily in training for the past 7 years. Dr. Mason and Harmony are honestly the best I have found in my 17 years in Atlanta.

I brought my puppy in for a checkup and was thrilled with the service we received! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They loved all over my puppy and made her feel completely at ease. The vet and her assistant spent lots of time talking to me and answering all kinds of questions. They were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. They were gentle with my puppy and made me feel comfortable even when they were giving her shots. I would highly recommend Harmony Animal Hospital to anyone. You and your pet will be in great hands!
