I have been coming here for 8 years and spent 1000s of dollars (sometimes in 1 visit). The sub par reception is in need of a makeover-- either retraining or getting a new team. The reception is typically not as informative as they should be and you have to end up asking several questions to get the correct information. Christys attitude is usually horrible! If you want the customer service to go along with your vet experience, this is not the place.
