My father is a veterinarian in Colorado and we just recently moved to Snellville. After doing extensive research (my kitties are like my children) Dr. Craine came up as well recommended so I made an appointment for my older cat that was losing weight yet constantly eating. I have extremely high standards because of the care Ive always seen my father provide firsthand growing up, and was skeptical of another vet being as compassionate. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday and was seen the very next day. Dr. Craine checked out my girl Maddie and gave me recommendations for treatment (being considerate of her diagnosis and my wallet). I received my blood results the next day from Dr. Cerjan, who was equally as professional. Both doctors spoke to me without overly medical jargon and helped me understand what was going on with my kitty. I SO appreciate them both and am incredibly thankful to find such a fabulous clinic nearby that makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend and will continue going here as long as Im in Snellville.

My fiancé and I lived in Snellville for only a year but have considered driving our two dogs and cat back to Dr. Cerjan from Charlotte, NC! He is the most compassionate and caring vet out there! We never felt rushed or overcharged. Dr. Cerjan always made sure to take his time taking care of our animals, make sure he did not waste our money if something was not necessary (like so many other vets do), and he always made sure to figure out the best option of care for them. We had an unfortunate situation with our puppy getting parvo and being in the emergency vet for over a week, and Dr. Cerjan called us (on the weekend) to check on how our puppy was doing. The rest of the staff is just as caring and sweet, as well, and they always remembered our animals names. Cant say enough good things about them!

I just recently got a Chihuahua and needed to find an animal care facility. I went online and read the good reviews about Snellville Animal Hospital and made an appt. Shannon was extremely helpful in letting me know just what my doggie needed and getting me an appt. I was very pleased with the care she received by Dr. Cerjan and his animal Technician, Chris. I had not owned a dog since I was a child, and needed a lot of advice. Dr. Cerjan took a lot of time giving me helpful tips on training her and things to think about having done to keep her in the best of health. I plan on taking her back very soon for some procedures, and will be using this facility for her overall care. Thanks so much to Shannon, Chris and to Dr. Cerjan. Phyllis Rios

We took George Frederick, our neutered 19 year old male tabby, to see Dr. Craine today. We have taken him to another vet for years, but wanted someone closer. A co-worker recommended Dr. Craine. Since George Frederick is so old, we wanted a thorough examination and a professional opinion on his overall condition. Dr Craine gave us exactly what we asked for, even telling us how good George Frederick looked for a cat his age. We were delighted with the thoroughness of the exam and the detailed analysis. We will definitely return and will take our other cat when she needs medical attention. It was a very good experience.

Absolutely the best Vets you will find. They are so caring. We have a Westie, that is known for allergies. We started with Snellville and switched to another Vet, when our pup was out of options. The new Vet would never talk to us but did do some blood work to help with determining the issues. We came back to Snellville when the other Vet gave up on our dog. We were somewhat embarrassed to go back to Snellville, but they were happy to see Barney and he was happy to see them. This is wonderful Animal Hospital. I cant say enough about this place.

You just wont find a better place to take your pets!! Dr Cerjan, Dr Craine, and the entire staff here are second to none! My pets are treated with the utmost kindness and care at the most reasonable prices anywhere in the area!! The compassion shown is undeniable. I have been bringing my pets here for 7+ years, I would never go anywhere else! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed, and you pets will be happy you did!

I brought my lil dog in for an emergencey and they took him in right away. Dr. Craine has a lovely bedside manner and he is very gentle. His staff is also pleasant and very understanding...the facility iscost effective , Neat, clean and a nice place to take your pets for reg or Er visits...I will bring my other baby to see him...Thank You Dr. Craine and staff.

My experience was AWFUL. They lose everthing. One man there asked me if I knew why another dogs food was in my dogs crate. Why would I know that? This is a horrible operation. My dogs blanket smells like urine. We only use it because its close by. Otherwise, it should be closed down for poor management and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff are very friendly and compassionate, also eager to help. Dr. Cerjan has been caring for my 19 year old cat. Any vet clinic can get expensive, but here needless labs havent been an issue because Cerjan is experienced in cat health, understanding and compassion for pet and owner

I have been going to this hospital for 14 years. The care that Dr. crane gave to my Cocker Spaniel when he was hit by a truck was outstanding. Hes still going 9 years later. He is a sensitive, compassionate, and knowledgeable vet. My dogs and cats wont ever go anywhere else.

We have been using Snellville AH for almost 10 years and they have been fabulous. When we first started with them we had 3 Senior dogs, since then they have cared for our puppies, adult dogs, kittens and cats. I always recommend Snellville AH to friends and family.
