My wife had an appointment this morning at 9:00. Someone called and confirmed her appointment, then called back and left a message stating there was a cancellation at 8:30 if she wanted to come in earlier. She did not get the message in time to confirm, so she kept her 9:00 appointment. This morning she got a call at 8:30 saying she was late, and the lady was very rude. She stated her appointment wasnt until 9:00. When she got to the office, the hygienist met her and told her she was late. My wife said it was 9:02, and the hygienist said "it is actually 9:04". My wife asked to speak to someone else, and the hygienist went to the back and started laughing at her so loud my wife could hear in the waiting room. Very rude, and we will not be back, or recommend anyone else use this dentist.

When I first met Dr. Patel my teeth were in HORRIBLE condition; as I havent seen a dentist in years due to fears and everyone wanting to just pull my teeth out. My worries were put to rest quickly and without shame or ridicule. The staff is the best, Tabitha and Melissa are thorough and Dr. Patel offer many options and made each step towards my new smile a comfortable and easy one. My teeth are worth showing now and my confidence is on 1,000 because of Dr. Patel and his team. I used to be afraid of the dentist, now I show up to each appointment ready for treatment as I never experienced any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the lovely staff at Dental Care Center of Newnan

Friendly staff and Dr., short wait. Very knowledgeable and believes in preserving the teeth, he isnt quick to suggest unnecessary work. He did two fillings, without novacaine and it was fast and with minimal discomfort. Takes time to explain, care and talk with you, as well.

This was my first time, The front office was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable. DR, PATEL was very informative in letting me know the procedures to be done. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone.
