Excellent staff. Horrible communication! They are not in my network, so I called to get my records, and was advised by the staff person I did not need to switch, any fee outside of cleanings would be nominal (5-10$) and the cleanings would be free. She stated she contacted my insurance and my sons to confirm the fee schedules were comparable, called me back the next day and said they would love it if we stayed and said the fees would be 5-10$ higher at most AND she would notate in my chart to call my insurance if I had anything done outside of the normal cleaning. Went in a month ago, and then recently got a bill for over $200! I called and was advised by Valerie that they would probably be able to write that off due to the miscommunication but she would have to check w/ someone else. got a call today from Tami who said they wrote off my sons fluoride because his insurance only allows it 1 x /year and they did it at his last visit, but I was basically SOL for my bill (the majority of it) so it went from over $200 to $180 after removing the fluoride. I asked her, what about who I talked to?? she asked who it was, I dont remember! i thought her name was Mary, but its been months since i talked to her, and so Tamis "advice" to me was to know my insurance inside and out because its not their responsibility to know everyones plan. I get that, I did my part, I tried to change dentists when they were not in network. If THEIR staff member told me they contacted my insurance and verified my plan information, why would I doubt that and call again??? So incredibly disappointed.

When I moved to Georgia with young children, I wanted them to have a positive experience with their dentist like I had growing up. A legitimate practice that made you feel like part of the family. Not one with high turn-over, gimmicky offices and high-pressure upsell tactics. I found that with Dr. Gentry and his team. Modern and sophisticated dentistry with small-town hospitality. Its well worth the extra few minutes from Johns Creek. Our family has had many different procedures over the years and each one is performed seamlessly. Dr. Gentry is in his element. What do they say, 10,000 hours to be an expert? Hes well surpassed that. He knows how to make it all as quick and painless as possible. And his team of assistants, hygentists and staff are precise, consistent caring and happy. They are a true credit to the practice.

I have been coming to this office every 6 months since 1992 (6th grade). Dr. Gentry is very honest. He has never once tried to sell me on any procedures that I did not need. I Have only had one filling, mostly just teeth cleaning. I have probably seen 10 different dental hygienist at this office over the years and they all have 2 things in common: 1) They are all highly skilled and 2) They are all extremely personable and friendly. Dr. Gentry is a genius when it comes to his hiring process. My whole family goes here. And soon my kids will be old enough to go. I have heard nightmares from my friends about their dentist and I count myself extremely lucky to have been seeing the right Dentist virtually my whole life.

I used to work in a dental office and have seen the flipside on how things can be run. This office had the best hygienist with such great patience, wonderful personality, and no one has made me feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything. She also did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! Very thorough and felt squeaky clean without feeling any pain at all. I will definitely refer all my friends and family!

Dr kim is good staff is not professional staff over charge me they dint clean my teeth poke my gum my mouth full of blood no place rinse y mouth ask me go to wash room all this personalize service they charge office visit if new this franchise I never would go or they dont have sign coast dental up on the door all is say dental. I will never any body recommend .THAY GIVE U MORE PAIN THEN CURE.

Dr. Gentry has been my dentist for 23 years. Hes been very good with all of my dental fears. Ive recommended many of my friends and currently a few of my family members are patients of his. My daughter, and her husband are patients and they like him just as much as I do. It doesnt matter how old you are Dr. Gentry treats all of his patients wonderfully.

I have to admit going to the Dentist is not on my top 10 things to do so when my dentist retired and I had to find a new one, my anxiety level went up. But everyone at Gentry Dentistry made the visit smooth and easy as they possibly could! My hygienist Donna was great and Im very happy that I chose this office.

Dr. Gentry is the best. He and the hygienists always make sure you are comfortable. They are very gentle during cleanings so that it doesnt hurt you. They are very friendly and focus on me during my appointments. I never feel like they are rushing for their next appointment. They always go above and beyond.
