Showed up for a 7:00AM appointment to get a cleaning, but didnt receive the cleaning - instead I was told that I needed A LOT of work done on some teeth that could "eventually cause issues", but these teeth in question have not given me an ounce of pain, or even hinted to any issues like what I was told. I received an estimate for the work they wanted to do, nearly $400 of dental work, not to mention the two referrals for procedures that Spotlight Dental isnt equipped (or possibly the competence) of performing themselves. This is the SECOND time this similar situation has occurred. So to wrap things up - I basically wasted over an hour at their office, only for them to tell me that they wanted to do procedures totaling nearly $400 and I didnt even get the cleaning which is what I had originally scheduled the appointment for. Thanks for nothing.

I get a phone call asking if I want to come in for a cleaning. I agree, but prior to setting the appointment I asked how much will it cost. The cost was pretty high. I asked you called me for a cleaning. But prior to the cleaning they have to do a bunch of xrays and more. I repeated I am only interested in the cleaning you called me to offer. She said shed have to get back to me. She never called back. If you want to offer me a cleaning b/c I have been in your office a few times, then offer me a cleaning. Not a bunch of other money grabs.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Randy Miller at the Spotlight Family Dental facility. He made an excellent repair on my dental implant. Dr. Miller is a highly skilled and knowledgeable dentist.
