This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a dentist. They have a nice enough office and great hours, but thats about the end of it. The hygienist (Jennifer) is rough to the point of abusive, both in the cleaning and verbally. She tore up my gums (she said that I dont have gum disease, it was just while she was cleaning my teeth she opened up my gums in 15 or more places, 2 days later it still hurts), she gagged me with the baking soda sprayer 3 separate times allowing the water to pool up in my mouth. But then after gagging me, she was verbally abusive, shouted at me "why did you do that?" and then insisted that there was something wrong with me because shed been doing this for 20 years. Then, to demonstrate the tool she was using, she literally sprayed baking soda water all over my dress clothes. If their regular patients think this is normal, I would urge them to go to ANY OTHER dentist. Then the dentist came in and casually announced a need to fill several (didnt actually tell me how many) teeth as well as placing a crown on a tooth that was filled just 6 months ago. She was so nonchalant, and when pressed acknowledged that most of them werent really urgent. I would run, dont walk, from this dentist. They have fantastic reviews with my insurance, and I just dont know how thats possible.

I Been with Dr. Sonnier for seven years and her staff is very nice only with her. Easy to make appointments, explains procedures to you with ease, appointment are always good. I never had a good dentist until her.
