Overall my daughter has been given excellent care. The Dr and staff always greet my child with warmth and friendliness and make her feel at ease. The staff are always upbeat and friendly. They look like they are having fun and actually like their job!!! I like how the pleasant front office staff always greets us at each appointment and remembers our names as well as what is going on in our lives. It makes us feel like family. One time my daughter had a rough appointment and the Dr personally gave her a gift card and balloon to make her feel better. It was really sweet and so thoughtful. I have a younger daughter who will also need braces at some point. I will definitely bring her here for the free consultation with Dr. Dallam. I feel like he will be honest and straightforward as to when she is ready. I believe that they will give me a fair and reasonable price as well as a discount for a sibling having had treatment. Overall I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family!

Super friendly staff! It was probably the nicest dentist office Ive ever been. My kids were first timers and they knew exactly how to treat them. I was worried about the youngest but she did so well. They even got a small gift and a tshirt which was really nice. We were lucky to find out there was a Korean speaking dentist there so we were lucked out. Im really happy I chose this place for my kids and Im sure everyone will be pretty happy with their experience.

Always a great experience, third kid coming through this office and always wonderful. They go above and beyond with extra care and will give you whatever time needed for a good experience. Doug gives great personal attention to my kids and Dallis has a great relationship with my kids, She even met us on her day off to fix a damaged brace. Great team all around, they even make the financial end of it easy.

We have seen both Dr. Dallam and Dr. Hiser - both wonderful. The staff has always been wonderful: friendly, professional, patient, and gentle. The office has been so accommodating. I always recommend them when anyone asks. We visited 3 other offices and my son was the most comfortable here. Thank you for taking care of both of my sons.

Very professional staff. My daughter is very afraid of the dentist. This visit was the first time she let the staff actually work on her mouth. The hygienist, Monique,made my her feel very relaxed. The staff was patient and very detailed with their explanations. I rate them with 5 gold stars.

My son goes here for his orthodontic work and we love the friendly staff and beautiful interior. He was excited on his last visit to see the tv screens on the ceiling. We will return for stage 2 of his braces and will take our daughter there when its time for her to get work done.

I went in today for a orthodontic consultation for my 8 year old son. The staff was very nice. Dr. Hiser was informative of my concerns and was not pushy at all to get work done right now. I feel good about coming here in the future to continue our options. Thank you

From the start of the appointment to the ends of the appointment my kids felt righty at home. The ambiance is so inviting my kids forgot they were there to see the dentst. BTW no pain during their cleaning and the dentist took time to explain every recommendation!
