After visiting two other pediatric practices, we could not be more impressed with Children and Teen Dental. The entire staff has been amazing - the office is so kid friendly (even for younger siblings who arent there for an appointment at the time). Above all, on several occasions over our year of being patients, they have made sure to save us money by offering us the option of not doing things what werent absolutely necessary (i.e.: waiting until AFTER seeing the he dentist before deciding on X-rays at that visit, and coaching my daughter to be brave and filling a cavity without laughing gas and going with the numbing meds instead) We LOVE this office!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience for my sons first visit to the dentist. Every single person from the women welcoming us at the front desk to the ladies who took x-rays, cleaned his teeth and the dentist were just amazing. This location is very kid friendly, they have a television on the ceiling for the kids to watch while laying in the chair...this is a brilliant idea! We are looking forward to going back in six months, you rarely hear that about a dental office :)

Really nice clean place to bring kids to, my daughter she is 2 and its really hard for her to get use to new places and new faces but this time it took like 2 minutes she loved all the toys and iPad around the place. staff and doctors were really friendly and sweet answered all my questions I am so bringing my daughter back and my other kids in future.. thanks you guys...

We had a dental emergency and just drove to the office first thing in the morning. The staff and Dr. Dave were all very understanding, took us right in, and tried to ease the worry. They did a great job on my son, and we truly appreciated all they did to help us with his teeth, and with our concern. Thanks again!

Incredible experience. Place, people, time spent, everything is done in excellence in this place. My kids didnt want to leave and my 3 year old daughter (whos very dramatic and doesnt like feeling uncomfortable at all) was smiling all through the experience. Love it love it love it. 10 stars out of 5.

They keep their appointment times. We arrive and are called in very quickly. The work is done very fast. The staff are all very helpful and courteous. They also explain things before they complete the work and let us know exactly what is going on. They ask before doing any "elective" services.

Although we have not gone to our appointment yet, we had what I thought was a major issue with my daughters insurance. Michelle with reception went above and beyond to make sure all was a go with my daughters insurance. I can tell we are really going to like this practice, thank you Michelle!

The staff was very friendly. They walked me through filling out the paperwork and telling me what they were going to do, what they did, and what to expect after the visit. They went above and beyond in my book. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

The staff took my daughter back as soon as we arrived. She needed several procedures today and all went well although she seemed to have had some bad reaction to the laughing gas. The dentist and his assistant both came out to discuss everything with me and she is doing well now.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms Holly was very patient with me when I had to call my insurance copy because I did not have my insurance card with me. I love the fact that both my girls 15 and 3 was able to be seen at the same time. They are awesome.

This was our first time here and I loved their office. We came here because my daughter had gotten braces at their sister office, Chattahoochie Family Ortho, and we needed to change dentists due to our insurance coverage. Great choice. Nice, professional staff.

My kids have seen Dr. Dave since we moved to the Buford area 10 years ago. I am so glad the practice is opened up again! The new decor is fresh and the office feels airy and light. The staff was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule an appointment.

I have seen many dentists and physicians for my teeth and jaw issues. At Hiser Orthodontics I was not only provided with a practical treatment plan, but one that was affordable as well. I am happy I went to Hiser Orthodontics for my mouth issues.
