They dont deserve 1/4 a star. I was scheduled for an appointment and was not seen until 45 minutes later. Not one employee introduced themselves. I was took x rays and as soon as I was done the doctor came in and picked at two teeth, at the time I did not know he was the physician. I was so disgusted with the exam I asked to speak to the doctor, as to why he did not examine my teeth, he said, "I dont need to, its on the x-ray, you have two cavities. I said ok, but how about the rest of them. AFTER THE EXAM AND DURING THIS CONVERSATION HE SAYS, "and you are gonna have a cavity." I have never heard of such a diagnosis. YOURE going to get a cavity. OMG. Then he says, what you want me to spend 4 hours examining your mouth, I said no...that takes 5-10 minutes if that. Then he storms out and says to me..."Im done with you." No manners and no ethics. The reason why I questioned him is because I am familiar with dentist and have had braces before. This was the worst experience, please do not go here, because hes out to scam you. I immediately went and scheduled an appointment the following day, because I was so scared, I actually had 3 cavities. I went to another dentist, and I had not one cavity. I knew that he just wants to SCAM MEDICAID patients. I also told my friend and she stated that her cleaning lasted LESS THAN 15 minutes for her teeth! She said that another patient was getting a tooth pulled out and was screaming in the office and was flicking and cussing out the doctor! Every patient walks out with a treatment plan of 2-3 cavities and an appointment to come back and get it fixed. This is so wrong and not ethical. I feel so bad for all the patients. Please make a decision wisely. I took all this time to inform people that if you cannot afford dental work and have medicaid please search dentist with good reviews and are not out there to take advantage of people to fulfill their own interest.

Worst Dentist Ever - took my child for their "cleaning special" - they blatantly LIED about my child having 7 cavities in order to attempt NON-NECESSARY procedures. 3 months prior, she had 0 at Aspen Dental. Judging by other reviews (see below), they try to SCAM you with non-existent problems. After the visit here, my child was sobbing because the male dentist made her feel awful for having 7 cavities and because she said their cleaning was painful. Now (5 months later) at a real pediatric dentist, they confirmed what Aspen originally advised: she has 0 cavities. They are either incompetent at best, or deceitful at worst. All the ratings here do not lie.

Their employees have the worst customer service. They treat the customers with disrespect. The facility is filthy, I will not recommend this place for anyone
