If you need a great dental group... Look no further! Luck was on my side when I found these folks! I came to them with a mouthful of problems and left three appointments and a few weeks later with a beautiful smile. DONT BE AFRAID! From the moment I contacted them via email, my life got easier and better! It was all so simple! Once initial contact was made, they walked me through everything, one step at a time. Brandy took my insurance info and was able to give me a spot-on estimate as to what all procedures were going to cost and how much insurance would cover vs what my out of pocket costs would be. No surprises, just straight facts! I have a hectic, ever changing work schedule... No problem! They were so flexible and made appointment times doable! The dental assistants were great, always letting me know what to expect as we went along. I had SEVERAL teeth that had to be pulled. One was even broken off at the gumline and I expected the worst. Piece of cake! The extractions were quick and painless! The initial injection to numb the gums was uncomfortable for a moment, but after that moment passed, the rest of the procedure went unbelievably smooth and easy. The dentist took more than one impression to make SURE my new teeth would fit properly. They use a local lab so everything was so fast. The folks at the lab are so detail oriented that they noticed a slight variance in my bite registration and had Dr. G do another cast because they genuinely cared about my satisfaction and long term comfort. It was truly a team effort from start to finish and I couldnt be happier about the professional, caring way my dental needs were handled! I want to say THANK YOU to Affordable Dental for making such a difference in my smile and my life. I would recommend them, without a moment hesitation, to anyone and everyone who wants great service at affordable prices provided by people who CARE!

At first this place seemed to be pretty good. The doctor was knowledgeable and they seemed to really take good care of me. The hygienists were friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk even remembered me by name every time I went in, which I found to be impressive and welcoming. The problem for me was the woman they have running the finances and the insurance claims. She would tell me different things on different days as to how much I owed, even though I would have the documentation from the insurance company showing exactly what they would pay and what I should pay. She would tell me one price for a procedure while I was in the chair and then when I went to pay, the price would be different (much higher). I would be able to show her exactly what the insurance company said they would pay and she would tell me that she wouldnt believe me until they paid it. She wanted me to pay everything up front and then they would reimburse me if the insurance company paid more than they thought (which, again didnt match what the insurance company said they would pay). I even had to postpone a procedure because I had to get in touch with my insurance company to set her straight about my portion of the bill. She talked to me like I was a child whenever she talked to me, acting like I had no idea how any of this works (which, coincidentally, I ended up being correct in every instance we disagreed). I would not go back to this dentist solely because of this woman. Other than dealing with this woman, the rest of the experience was fine, with the exception of the doctor gluing two of my teeth together while installing a crown. That makes it impossible to floss between the crowned tooth and the one behind it. He said they would take care of it when I go back for a cleaning, but Im not going back, so I guess my next dentist will take care of it during cleaning.

Dr Goodburger (Guddipatti)....Im sure he means well however lacks the equipment, quality dental supplies and skill to properly dentist people. For example after 1 week after a pulp cap and crown placement my permanent crown fell off. I decided to give him another chance. He then cut grooves into my tooth for a better adhesive surface area. After 1.5 years THAT crown fell off. During the procedure I wondered about the Mandarin symbols on the adhesives! I brush with crest floss lightly daily and barely put any pressure on that tooth sine it hurts like heck with any pressure because Dr G put a pulp cap there. It is affordable in the short term but long term time and time again Goodburgers cost cutting in materials is NOT affordable in the long run. SECOND STORY. Root canal. Dr. G gave me a root canal. between the time before getting a permanent crown and not i developed an infection. I went to a REAL professional.. An endodontist. Only an endodontist should be legally be able to root canal a tooth. Dr. G had missed a whole root!!! A WHOLE ROOT. The endo told me it was a small one. DR G DOES NOT EVEN HAVE AN ENDODONTISTS MICROSOPE!!! What kind of "Dentist" Does root canals without the proper tools. When I asked DR G "Why dont you have an endo microscope. he said "They are expensive." I told him to buy one off ebay for $3000-10,000. If you go to Affordable dental. You`re a dang fool. you REALLY do get what you pay for.

FIRST OF ALL I had 17 teeth extracted in one visit. They made me so comfortable & calm. There was no pain taking them out. I did have pain after I was home, but thatlis to be expected.. THE SECOND HALF: Only negative part was my Dentures. I bought 2 sets. The bottoms never stayed in . They said they could do anything about it. So like the past 5 years I have only wore 1 top denture. It was the 1stne .....They never made 2nd pair FIT CORRECTLY SO I COULD WEAR THAT TOP PART ALSO. I DO NOT GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT teeth in. But yes I know the Doctor to does not another if office does. IF U ARE selling a product. And u have been paid for it.... Well that makes it your responsibility. It would of been nice if I had pair FULL PAIRS I paid FOR . I steadily wear he first top pair. I get sores from them. Which for me l can easily get infections... Thanks for the first part.

Every time I go in for an appointment, I wait almost 2 hours for literally just a conversation. I got my six months braces here. I went in to get a new retainer. I didnt lose or damage my old one. I just wanted a new one. Turns out they misplaced my impressions from when I first got my braces off. I had to come in for new impressions. That just seems very unprofessional to me to lose something like that. This is especially important because you want to use the old impressions for a new retainer. They probably trashed it.Therefore, I had to waste my time to come there and wait for over an hour to get the impressions. Then I had to come back and wait over an hour again for someone just to hand me my retainers that wouldnt be as beneficial as having a new retainer from the old impressions. But of course, still the same price though.
