I found Sportscare Physical Therapy (SPT) after moving to Suwanee last August. Prior to moving, I just had surgery to repair a torn pectoral tendon which was the result of a gym accident (benching 275 decline press). I have had several surgeries in my life and this was the worst one by far. I was in a sling for 3 weeks after the surgery and had lost most of my strength as well as mobility. I was constantly in pain and could not even sleep on the left side of my body. After getting out of the sling and researching therapy offices in the local area, SPT came up at the top of the list. I had selected 3 choices just in case but it turned out that this was the place to be. I began working with Landon who assisted me throughout the majority of my recovery which lasted for almost 9 months. The attentiveness, understanding, and wealth of knowledge that Landon showed was astounding. He easily answered any questions I had and whenever I pointed out any specific pain points he would work on them immediately. Any adjustments he made to the therapy routine ALWAYS had a positive impact in my recovery. After the first few weeks of easing into the program, Landon began to turn up the heat and add many new exercises to the routine. Things never got dull and the environment itself was very fun to be in. Toward the end of my time at SPT, Landons schedule had changed. Since his office hours no longer lined up with my free time I had to start seeing other therapists. I worked with Julie for over a month and I also saw Leo once or twice. I thought Landon showed me everything that could be done to aide my recovery but I was very wrong. Julie took the routine Landon created and bumped it up to another level! I left each of these sessions soaked in sweat and felt like I had just completed a P90x workout. I am no longer in pain, I have the full range of motion in my left shoulder again, and I am on the road to recovering the strength I had prior to the injury. I do not think I will be benching 275-300 again anytime soon but SPT has given me the leverage I need to make it possible again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!

Sportscare Physical Therapy is excellent!!! My sessions started on time, the staff always took the time to show me how to do the exercise’s correctly so that I got the maximum benefit from each session and would stop me when I was doing them wrong and show me again. All of the personnel are super nice, friendly and helpful from the Therapist, to the interns and the front office when scheduling. When I started my back hurt so bad, the pain was unbelievable I got nausea from it daily. My neck was not any better, as I could not turn it far enough to see if another vehicle was coming prior to turning out onto a street. Yesterday I was released my back and neck are better. Thanks to Sportscare Physical Therapy I now drive, exercise, stand, sit and LIVE without my back and neck killing me. My only regret is waiting so long before going to them for help!!!

Went to SportsCare after a recommendation from my brother-in-law. I had a severe rib problem that had caused me to develop 7 trigger point knots in my back and shoulders. After some analysis revealed the trigger point knots, they needled the knots (kind of like acupuncture but a bit more intense). Four of the knots let go immediately, the others took 2 or 3 more treatments to solve. After that, they diagnosed the cause of the problem which turned out to be 2 dislocated ribs. Over the next 2 or 3 months, Julie Sterling was able to rehabilitate my back and ribs enough to relieve the problem enough for me to live with the pain! I appreciate all the help from the very knowledgeable staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing rehabilitation/physical therapy services!

This is my 3rd round of PT at SportsCare and I have always had good experiences here. My therapist for this go round was Landon. What a fun personality and very caring. Every day he met me like I was the most important patient he had. He never rushed and he always explained everything he was doing and why. I went in this time for an ankle issue related to ongoing plantars . After 2 1/2 months, the ankle is completely healed and the plantars issues are much better. The front office is so helpful and pleasant and really, all the staff is just top notch. Although there are better places to spend an hour twice a week, this group of professionals at least made it tolerable and interesting. The new office is a great upgrade, too!

I had a total knee replacement in February this year and thanks to the staff at SportsCare Physical Therapy, especially my therapist - Julie Brooks Sterling, I have achieved full mobility and use of my knee including the ability to get back to playing golf. Julie provided me the right combination of instruction and motivation to achieve my physical therapy goals. The compassionate care I received was really important when I first began my outpatient rehabilitation journey. Both my husband and I have used SportsCare Physical Therapy for a variety of knee, neck, back and shoulder injuries and surgeries over the past ten years and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!

Lousy Service. Jeff Lewandowski never spends any time with you. He has students that come in for a month or two and work for free to get college credit and thats it. Jeff maybe will stop by for 30 seconds and say something but thats it. Anybody that gave those reviews honestly cannot say Jeff spent more than 5 minutes out of the whole hour with them. I went for 2 months and my shoulder pain was the same. I ended up having to go back to the doctor get another cortisone shot and went to a different Physical Therapy business and the Therapist spends at least 80% of the time with you. This place is a waste..

I came to SportsCare after my 2nd knee replacement - which included a manipulation of my 1st knee (replaced the year before). The work they do there is incredible. The staff is all knowledgeable and friendly - today was my "Graduation" day and I will miss my visits. I enjoyed working with them that much. I will miss the therapists/therapists in training and the front desk staff. Jeff has created a great PT environment and employs a fantastic staff! My range of motion has increased in both knees and I expect it to keep getting better. Theres not much I cant do now.

I have visited this location a number of years (that is the good and bad!!!) My requirements have been due to knee injuries then ultimately a full knee replacement. I have found EVERYONE at this location to be professional (and yet comfortable) well educated and mostly very caring. I am fortunate to have found this group and will always return to this location for any future physical therapy needs. I highly recommend you treating yourself to a good experience in a not so good situation. They helped me get back on the tennis court quickly so I am VERY grateful.
