Due to a sever car accident I have been going to PT for about 2 and a half years. I originally went to Hope Network which well... lets say I rather be in constant pain than return there. After trying to deal with my pain I ended up going back to my doctor for a solution. Since I didnt want to use medication, surgery, or injections which out trying old fashioned exercise she wrote a script for PT. I choose crossroads not knowing anything about them besides being 10min away from home. Their great hours make any schedule work able with them being open from 6am to 8pm. The front desk staff is very kind and always remember your name. They prefer to have you work with one therapist but others help out if there is a scheduling issue. I worked with Brandon who sadly is leaving to work closer to home. He helped me with my goal to maintain my pain with a work at home program. He helped push me to strengthen my hip and leg. They like to make you independent even in the therapy routine. Over all the place isnt huge but the staff definitely make up for it with their personalities and knowledge.

Kai and his entire staff are top notch. The staff at Crossroads focus on providing first class customer service and physical therapy. I first went there in 2013 for a shoulder issue. They helped strengthen my shoulder in preparation for surgery. That reduced my recovery time and has left me with a shoulder that feels like it was never injured. Kai and Lee assisted me through my entire recovery process, focusing on my long term rehabilitation to return to being a typical guy doing stupid things my body is telling me I should no longer do. I have been back for other issues on my other shoulder, an auto accident, and some back issues. I cant rate them any higher than 5 starts, but there should be 6 for Crossroads.

The MOST honest and sincere PT Ive dealt with in Lansing, MI. Kai is a FIVE STAR hands-on therapist. His integrity is exemplary and it revealed itself time and again during my physical therapy there for the past couple month. Lee and the front desk are very pleasant vis-à-vis customer service. I will definitely recommend him/his clinic for any PT needs.

Kai and Mary at Crossroads are excellent. Kai immediately diagnosed the cause of my sons leg pain, and after 1 visit he was able to run without pain. Mary was also easy to work with and understanding with our schedule. I felt that my son was well cared for and received excellent treatment in the process.
