We had to put our dog down recently. The entire staff was very professional and understanding. There was no waiting in the lobby. All the paperwork work was done ahead of time so we wouldnt have to wait in the lobby after the procedure. The vet explained everything, answered questions and did not rush the process or rush us out. Its a hard choice but this facility made it go as smooth as possible. Kind staff, great vet who took time to explain things to me and settle my worries. Took me in right away despite there having been a mix-up with appointment dates. Also take in college vet-tech students for on-the-job learning. Great place, good prices.
