I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a absolute joke. Dr Bruno never has a answer for what is wrong with my animals, I was there yesterday and she was SCREAMING at her staff. I even asked the staff how they could work for someone like her. I dont care how well paying of a job it is, I would not be able to handle it. She also draws blood from the jugular (WHO DOES THAT?!) I took another dog of mine there multiple times just because it was close to my house and every time it took a good 5 minutes to draw the blood. Once I get my dogs test results back I will be going in there and raising hell. She is a very miserable person and takes it out on her employees as well as customers.

Although the techs seemed very nice, Dr. Bruno is not. She speaks down to you and her staff. Its hard for me to feel uncomfortable around someone but she made me not want to go back. Simple questions I would ask, she would make me feel stupid. Did not feel like I or my dog was welcome there. I am not picky, I just think it is pretty simple just to be friendly, especially in a field like this. Why waste your time and money and most importantly your dogs health with someone that is rude? I felt this way my first visit, but let myself go back 2 more times in hopes that things would change, it only got worse - so now I am looking for a new place to go. Hope this helps!

I have been to several Veterinarians and I have never felt like they actually cared about my dogs. Dr. Bruno will tell you if something is necessary or not, something no vet has done with me before. You can tell she cares about the animals and shes not after your money. The prices are much less compared to other vets. She is also very personable and he doesnt make you feel like your being hurried out, even though people are usually waiting. I would call to make your appointment several days before you want to go because I guess everyone knows about her and they are always booked.

Weve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Bruno. She is very straight forward and helps you get whatever care is necessary for your pet with out breaking the bank. The staff is also very helpful and courteous and makes sure you have what you need and how to use it before you leave. I had two of my pets with fairly serious issues that she immediately referred me to the specialist who was able to perform the procedures with out having me trying other options there that would have only made me spend more money. My pets and I are grateful for the care that is received there.

My animals are very important family members in our household. We moved out here a year ago and have used Crossroads since. Not only do they care about my animals, they provide excellent care, always finding a way to get my animals scheduled even when it is last minute! And the MOST reasonably priced vet weve ever been too. It is definitely worth a drive to check this place out! Ill never go anywhere else again

I have been using Cross Road Vet since they opened. The staff and Dr. Bruno are great. My dogs actually like the vet. Have been to many vets in all the places and states i have lived and despite moving from the area, istill make the treck back to them because of the care they provide my dogs. They do a great job. Would and have recomend!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. While sitting in the exam room waiting for the vet I heard her talking to the tech, who had been with us, in the back hallway . The vet was EXTREMELY rude to her staff and then implied that I couldnt read the paperwork I had brought in. I left without ever letting that rude lady see my dog!

Great location, very close to my house. However, the convenience is not worth going there. Even with the 1/2 off vaccines on Tuesdays, this place is expensive. $31 for exam and I overpaid twice for the fecal test which was $35. I never paid $35 anywhere. The doctor there is also not very pleasant. I wont be back ever.

Dr Sally Bruno and staff are wonderful. They have helped me with my pets for years and I even moved out of the area but continue to see them. Your pets are in good, caring hands there. I highly recommend them!
