Great care, very polite staff beautiful office. Been going here for 7 years. One year we had to get our cat stitched up on the forth of July by the on-call vet who came in while office was closed. I personally expect that from any vets office. Well turns out they offer that service no more. My 15 year old lab suddenly started showing all the signs of a stroke new years day. I called the office and the answering machine gave me numbers to two 24hr animal hospitals both a hour away from my house. All 3 of my pets are getting very old and I need to know I can get help for them 24/7. This was the most painful agonizing hour car ride of my life. I cant bear to see or listen to a animal suffer any longer than it has to. I called quite a few other vets in area and they are more than happy to help if your a current patient within the last year. Not sure why LG animal hospital stopped this service as theyve only gotten bigger and added more Drs since I started going there. I am taking my pets to another vet this week to make them current patients.

Finally an Animal Hospital thats beyond expectations. Brought my Big Black Male Cat in around July 4th after someone blew a firecracker up in his face breaking his lower Jaw, along with several burns. Two other Vets in the area dismissed this as time to put him down, his regular Vet in the area I lost faith in prior to this. A friend / police officer, told me he takes his personal Dog to Lake Geneva and no where else. The desk people were compassionate and directed us to an examination room. There we met Dr. Scot who explained everything, from procedures on through cost. (Worried me a little being in a state of the art newer building in Lake Geneva) very professional but Dr. Scot was a personal kind of Vet like youd see on the Discovery Channel. They took him in immediately, (the other Vets pondered). Keeping him overnight for observation after operating. Today hes fully recovered and the experience actually cost less then the other two Vets projected. Oh and BTW you might want to pick up a copy of Dr. Scots Book that he wrote.

Having to say good-bye to your most beloved, four-legged best friend is one of the hardest things to have to do. Dr. Schreiner and the compassionate staff made this process carefree and comforting. The understanding of what a family goes through when having to say good-bye is so delicate. Dr. Schreiner and staff were so thoughtful and caring as we went through this most difficult time. We recommend this clinic to anyone and are only sorry we didnt find you much sooner in our life with Ellie Mae. Thank you for being so wonderful!

VERY EXPENSIVE!! It seems I always have to wait. Waited 30 min. yesterday . The Vet seemed kinda afraid of my dog (?!). He told me to stop giving my dog dog food with chicken, beef or grains before even looking in her ear.They seem to always push another test that should be done. Everyone seems nice, but its overwhelming having all these mandatory things to have done on your pet!

I live in Illinois and have a summer home in Lake Geneva. I have had to use the clinic essentially for emergencies. I have seen Dr. Welch each time and can not say enough about how great he and the whole clinic staff have been to me and my dogs (as well as others in my family who have had to come here.) I wish he was closer to home so that I could come here routinely.

Ive been going to Lake Geneva Animal Hospital for 20yrs and "Highly Recommend" them to anyone. Dr Scot & Dr Mona have treated my 2 Labs whom passed, our Cocker Spanial whom passed, our cat of 12yrs & our recent 9mo old kitten adoption from Lakeland Animal Shelter. The front desk staff has always been caring & considerate throughout the years we been with them.

We took our 150lb Pyrenees here at the request of our Vet for oral surgery to remove a tumor. Dr. Scott and his associates were kind, considerate and attentive to the patient and the patients parents! No stress for our pup and the staff handled our needs and questions with diligence and attention to detail.

I emailed a question regarding medical services for my 11 year old Maine Coon. I left a phone number and email, and never got a response. That doesnt say much for the quality of service for your pet when they cant even take the time to make a phone call or respond to an email.

They are very nice but you can never get in... My dog has had ear infections, eye infections and you cant get in for a week. They have no late hours and actually open at 9am... Not very customer friendly if you ask me...

Dr. Scott was wonderful in caring for Toby our Bernese Mountain dog! He gave us many options for treatment, such as laser therapy heat and acupuncture! He made me feel like Toby was top priority!
