Great and much needed family practice in the NW suburbs! I recently had an appt. with Dr. Ashley. She was very caring and thorough in her work. She fitted me in glasses with a blue-light block coating that helped me with some discomfort and headaches I had been having while working on computer devices. I didnt know this technology existed! I received my frames in a very timely manner and appreciated the friendly and hard-working staff. I also think it is important that the Doctors here are looking at the overall health of my eyes to prevent potential eye problems down the line.

Ive had a horrible experience with Northwest Eyecare. I have been waiting for my glasses over 14 days and not a single call from them. After I called and asked about the wait time on my glasses, the workers at Northwest Eyecare told me that they sent my glasses back due to a scratch on the lenses, failing to call me and inform me about such a problem. Very disappointed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
