Amazing and genuine care for our pup and they were great at putting our worry at ease when explaining the dental procedure she needed. Their entire staff seems like they all really enjoy working there - welcoming, friendly, and sweet. They are also great with small touches that made the experience a delight - our dogs name printed on the welcome board with all the other patients they had that day (theres something really adorable about a list of dog and cat names together), water and coffee in the lobby, great lighting, clean, and all your medicine and supplies are put into a Oz Vet gift bag with tissue paper like its a gift. Little touches that arent entirely necessary but go a long way. I wish I had found this place over a year ago when we got our pup!

Ive been bringing my cat to Oz for a few years now and have always had an excellent experience there. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Dr Hlede is always very warm and friendly as well as thourough and informative. I recently adopted an adult cat whos been having some medical issues her first week home. I noticed she was miserable on Saturday night so I called off work Monday morning to try to get her into see Dr Hlede. Even though they were double booked all day, they squeezed her in and let me bring her for treatment that morning. I would recommend them highly to any pet parent looking for a great Vet.

Everyone at Oz was so welcoming! We were even on the VIP list as we checked in. :) Love that you can post and tag pictures/videos that will play on the screen~ one of my cats is super chill and the other is, shall we say, NOT. They were really nice and patient and made her into a little kitty burrito to help calm her. She was still not cool about existing, but they were very supportive and understanding and made her as comfortable as possible. Also, a great variety of recommendations for problem solving (e.g., toothbrushes OR chewies OR stuff to put in their water OR stuff to sprinkle in their food...).

From the first day I brought Kai to OZ Animal Hospital when he was a puppy, we have been greeted with warm welcomes, smiles, and have received the best care Chicago can offer every time we walk in. Recently, when I brought Kai in to get neutered, I was worried because it would be his first surgery. The staff sent me a personalized photo message of Kai, smiling and excited, with the caption, "Hi Dad, Im doing great!" It warmed my heart that my dog was treated with such love and care. OZ is the best place for your furry best friend!

0Z Animal Hospital is a very good place to take your pet. From the moment you enter the door you are greeted cheerfully and treated with respect. Within moments you are in the exam room with the tech who reviews all of your pets Medical history. Dr Hlde is a very kind and concerned person. She really has the pets best interest. OZ will notify you to keep up with your pets examinations. They have all the cutting edge medicines that make it more compatible for your pet to consume. Always easy to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Joshi is great with the animals and the staff clearly love their jobs. Its conveniently located and a good neighborhood practice. My only gripe is that they push a lot of tests and procedures and things that cost $$. They might truly help but theyre not necessary, and Id rather focus on my pets problems as they arise, not so much on preventative care. (They do, however, not push once you say no thank you.) If youre the type who has no limit on what youll do for your furry friend, then youll love this practice.

I am, or my dog is, a patient at Blum for nearly 8 years. And they are a fantastic vet but I needed a 2nd opinion on something and so came here. Let me state unequivocally that if I needed a new vet, I would choose Oz. The facility is super clean and modern, the staff was extraordinarily friendly and compassionate, the vet was super bright and caring, and the prices were not egregious...like somewhere else. This vet practice is truly a model of what they all should be.

This place is great, they love animals here. I had two older dogs that they helped me with and the process was comforting. My dogs were 19-20 so they both lived long lives and were mother and son. I took my newly adopted animal here as well. They really make you feeel comfotrable, whhertits dealing with shots or something more serious. The Drs here really take pride in what the do. Parking is only for three spots but usually one opens up for your appointment.

Such sweet staff! They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, since my little man woke up with an upset tummy. The doctor and nurses were incredibly gentle with Griffin, and did everything they could to make him comfortable and not afraid. I was in and out in less than an hour, and Griffin is already feeling better! Thank you guys so much, and I look forward to future (non-emergency) visits!

I cant say enough good things about Oz Animal Hospital. Dr. Hlede, and all of the staff at Oz are wonderful! They are very friendly, and my dogs are always very relaxed when in their care. The staff are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions, in a kind and informative manner. They make you feel like you are part of their family!I know that my fur babies are in good hands at Oz!

Incredibly friendly staff. Just recently had my first visit here after switching vets, and I was impressed with them. Clean facility and everyone was more than willing to answer questions. You can tell everyone there loves what they do, and they truly care about my dogs well being. I recently moved to the area, but I wouldnt be surprised if I keep coming back here even after I leave.

Such a positive place to be! They treat your pet like hes one of their own. They are honest and upfront, but keep you calm if something unexpected arises. Our pup loves coming to the vet now--the ladies in the front always greet him with treats and love, the vet techs are amazingly personable, and our vet is so caring and quick-acting. We love Oz Animal Hospital!

Dr. Hlede and the staff at Oz Animal Hospital are always very welcoming and professional. My dog, Harold, loves the veterinarian and she is able to keep him very calm. Everyone at OZ Animal Hospital--from the receptionists to the vet techs to the doctors--is extremely kind and competent. I switched to them after multiple visits to my old vet failed to solve my cats ear problem. OZ diagnosed the issue immediately. Prices seem comparable to other Chicago-area vets and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Wonderful visit! We took our frenchie puppy in today for his initial exam, and they were great. Good demeanor, very welcoming, and both the vet and technician took lots of time explaining everything to us and answering all of our (many) questions. Our pup was instantly at ease. Looking forward to going back again in a few weeks!
