Columbia Animal Hospital is amazing. Just this evening, I called in a panic because my Beagle-mix was yelping in pain and I could not figure out why. Our regular vet was closed for the evening, as this was after 5:30pm on a Friday night. Dr. Flaum said, "No problem, bring her right over," even though they, too, were officially closed. I brought my dog in, he evaluated her and sent her home with meds. The receptionist even entertained my six-year old daughter during the examination because she was worried about her dog and didnt want to be in the room. THIS is customer service. If it wasnt for Dr. Flaum and his staff, my dog would still be suffering in pain this evening but instead she is resting comfortably.

Fleas everywhere! I spent less than 10 minutes standing at the front desk today to get a price estimate, never even walked into the back area, and killed 3 fleas while standing there and then killed several more after leaving. I had to go home immediately and shower and launder my clothes so I wouldnt end up with my dog having them. It was awful. And, they are SO overpriced. I will never take my dog here for care or boarding because of this. Disgusting!
