Not sure if the Vet even knows what happened. This was my friend’s very first time visit to this clinic. Her dog had an appointment at Three Rivers Vet for 3:00. We were there 10 minutes early. The girl at the desk was talking to a client who was checking out. We waved at the receptionist, to say, hey, we’re here. The girl at the desk did not acknowledge, and continued to have a conversation with the client at the front desk for another 20 minutes on the many different ways to mash up soft food for her pet. My friend waved again, and was ignored. If you don’t work by appointment, then we should not have been given one. We should have been told to just come in and wait. That we would be gotten to eventually. I think it’s awful for the Vets to condone the rude and callus behavior of their staff. If this is how a new customer is treated, then, no thank you.

Our dog sitter canceled at the last minute so we were scrambling to find a place to board her for the weekend. The problem, vaccinations were a few months over due. Three Rivers was more than willing to take her and perform the necessary vaccinations during her stay. We also elected for a bath and pampering because we were impressed with the prices. Our dog is a high anxiety rescue pet. She had no anxiety when I picked her and was happy as can be. The staff made everything so easy when we were expecting a nightmare (with only a few hours to work with, on a Friday! ). We will definitely be back and recommend to others in the future.

My family highly recommends this excellent animal hospital. Years ago I was a veterinary surgical and emergency assistant at a large animal hospital in New Orleans. In the years since, my own pets have been to many different veterinary hospitals. Then many months ago my family discovered the new facility of Three Rivers Animal Hospital. Their equipment is some of the best new technology available today, and the staff is the most caring we have ever met. They have treated many of our pets, including surgery, and each time has been an excellent experience. Sid Galloway

We took are lab here on a last minute decision. They were able to get him in and seen. They preformed multiply surgies but he was too made off and didnt make it. Even thou I know they did everything possible for him, and respected our wishes without question. Its a horrible situation for my family and I but we now have a vet for life.
