We have three dogs, two big and one small; young, middle aged and elderly, this is the best veterinary practice we have had the pleasure of using. We have seen all the Doctors in the practice and love all the staff. We feel like family when we go in, which with 3 dogs can be quite often. Dr S. Pulled out all the stops when our big guy had a ruptured disk in his neck, the clinic stayed open for us while X-rays were taken and read, chiropractor and a massage therapist were called in just for Moose while we were there and reports sent to specialists. Being at the clinic as much as I have I have only witnessed amazing customer service and love for clients and their pets. I could write about many episodes that Village Vet have come to the rescue... But not sure anyone wants to read all that :)

I am new to the area and chose Village Veterinary for my large breed dog and my sphynx kitten . My dog is usually pretty uneventful, just needing to see the vet for her yearly exam and vaccinations, but had a bit of intestinal troubles last month that Dr. Johnston was able to take care of right away. She personally called the next day to check up on us, and was so very nice for the whole exam. I am now taking my kitten there as well as I was so impressed with everyone at the clinic. Also the office and exam rooms are adorable and comfortable, and they diffuse young living essential oils which we love and helps the animals feel more at ease.

I am new to the area and chose this clinic because of the reviews I found here. I was not disappointed. The care my dog received at Village Veterinary Clinic was exceptional. Dr. Marks clearly loves animals and she thoroughly explained all treatment options and possible causes of my dogs skin irritation. The next day, when I called the clinic with another question, Dr. Marks returned my call personally. I have also received several follow up calls from the clinic to check on my dogs progress, as well as a card in the mail welcoming us to their practice. They have definitely gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services.

OMG!! I have had large dogs all my life and this vet is the best vet I have had. I just moved into the area and these squeezed us in. One of my dogs injured himself and was bleeding. Nothing major, but he was in pain. They squeezed us in. Didnt require a new pet visit. They EXTREMELY nice and I was in and out with my dog and 2 children in 30 minutes. My dog is happy and recovering quite well. And the prices?? VERY resonable. I have used many vets through out the northern chicagoland and chicagoland area and the Village Veterinary Clinic is the best. Welcoming staff, Efficient, great service and great prices. Love it!

Hands down the best veterinarian clinic I have ever been to. They are friendly and genuinely concerned about your pet and go out of there way to treat your pet. The atmosphere is wonderful and homey instead of "Emergency room drab" as you find in most clinics . I am quite relieved to have finally found a great veterinarian clinic. My dog is genuinely a family member and it is nice to have peace of mind when it comes to his health and welfare. I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to everyone.

Arrived on time for an 8am appointment with my pet, and requested sample. Door was still locked, thought I was at the wrong door, and went to side door only to be chased away by staff telling me its the wrong door and when I explained I had an 8am appointment they said they would be opening the door soon... so Im supposed to wait in the car??? Way to loose a new client... cant imagine how they would treat my pet.

Ive had wonderful experiences each time. Village Veterinary has the most friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately my dog had some complications during a surgery but they helped me every step of the way and I dont think I could have found the treatment they gave me any place else. They really do care about the well being of all animals. They also do a great job of grooming! ☺️

The level of customer service and medical care it unparralleled. Best vet practice in the area, hands down. My dogs are always excited and happy when they realise theyre on their way to the vet. Seriously, the dogs WANT to be there, and I think that says more than I ever could.

We switched to Village Vet and are happy with the decision. They have comfy couches in the exam room and its decorated very cute. Its feel likes you are a coffee shop. They were very responsive to my emails and Dr. Marx was very attentive and detailed when examining our dog.
