Amazing service. The most professional staff. Doctors are as well very supportive and attentive as well as tracking there pts. I have been coming here for 8 year at least. I also, work in healthcare and so impressed in how everyone here works as a team. I higly recommend this northsore medical group to everyone. I am always pleased when refered to other locations within the system. Wonderful people and service not just for me but my family. Keep up the work.

Used to be a good office and there are still some decent doctors there. But the last few years it feels more and more like a factory. They treat patients like cattle, the doctors are visibly not allowed to use their own judgment, the billing office is a mess, theyre understaffed in the office and chronically late, but if youre 10 minutes late theyll look at you like a criminal. I was a customer for years. I will not go back.

Really upset with billing office. Overcharged as the Lab made some blood extra test that i have never asked for. I also provided them the email show them what my insurance was covering but.... P.S Dr Jenny Bao is a good doctor and i highly recommend her.
