I love the assistant vet, but the actual vet is new, rude, and doesnt seem to care at all about how he says things. He doesnt listen, and hasnt said one nice thing the times Ive been there. He claims he tries to educate, but education first starts with teaching, which does not include shaming someone for not knowing something. Telling multiple pet owners that the dog wasnt being cared for, even though you knew it was because the kid didnt know it, was just terrible and unprofessional! No, we did not receive an apology or anything from him. We miss the old vet!
