Another nickel and dime operation. Phone appointment; " I just need standard yearly shots" Checking in with receptionist; " I just need standard yearly shots" Meeting with assistant for initial intake: " I just need standard yearly shots" Meeting veterinarian; " I just need standard yearly shots" Veterinarian; " try this new suppliment, try this new vaccine, try our dog food." Me; " I just need standard yearly shots" Veterinarian; " OK may I look at you dog" Me; "Sure" Veterinarian ;" Dog looks great!!! No Issues!!" Me; " I know. Im just here for shots." Receptionist after; "$300 please" Me; "For F***ing Shots?" Receptionist; "The doctor did a thorough exam and your shots" Me; " Was I not clear about the services I was expecting?" All Staff (3) behind counter; Silence and no eye contact. They know. They do it on purpose.

I can not express my gratitude enough. I am so glad i chose to take my furry children to this clinic. Dr. Todd is the perfect vet for me. He is logical and down to earth. You can also tell that he really loves animals and provides great care. He also takes the time to make sure that you understand what is happening with your animal. He explains everything thoroughly in a way that you can easily comprehend. I am an openly admitted hypochondriac (especially with my dogs) and I always feel at ease after a visit with Dr. Todd. I also want to give Vet tech Matt props too. He goes above and beyond and it makes all of the difference!! Thank you Everyone at St. Charles Veterinary Clinic!!

Dr. Labak is just so sweet. The first time she met my older dog she got on the floor and played with him for a good five minutes to get him calm enough to examine. He gets REALLY excited when we go to the vet. You can tell she really loves her job and the animals. She also took time time to listen and discuss all my concerns with me when we were thinking about adding a dog to our family. Of course when I brought our new puppy in for an appointment she just loved him. Ive also seen Dr. Aaron and hes great too! Super nice guy and very thorough. I always have a good experience when I go there.

have been seeing to this vet for 5 years... 2 years ago, my dogs main doctor passed away, so i have been trying out all of the other vets at this practice. i havent had a good experience with any one of them! my dog is suffering from severe allergies and seizures. not only are the NOT HELPFUL, but they are DISMISSIVE, CARELESS AND UNMOTIVATED to help relieve my poor dog of any of his symptoms! they just keep asking for more tests and more money!!!!!! dont waste your money, they wont help your dog at all.

Our Golden has been a patient of Dr. Martens since she was a puppy and she has received excellent care throughout her life. She is 12 now and Dr. Martens continues the excellent care and helping us through life with a senior dog. We took our last dog to another vet in the area, but chose this practice for our puppy. We pass several veterinary practices on our way to this clinic, and are happy to travel for the excellent care everyone provides.

Good Drs but #1 Most of these employees just want to go home. Theyll tell you someone not there. Dont lie about employees. Promote them. #2 Communication is weak. Try and take care as much as you can do all in one appointment. #3 Dr. Todd. F. was FABULOUS! Smart guy. Talk to him.

Hands down the best veterinary clinic I have experienced. I have been a client here for 5 years. The staff is always friendly and cares for my dog like he is a member of their family. Every vet I have seen there goes the extra mile to provide me with high quality care.
