My friend shared her experience me of her office visit. I am repulsed at how your staff and office operates. I was told you accept walk ins. Big mistake, as you do not consider the urgency of the care they need. My friend called at 7:30am and arrived there at 8:20am. It was 11:40am before she was seen! Is this how Arnett Health runs there clinic? Her face was totally swollen with a severe allergy attack and extremely itchy. She sat for 3lon hours without being seen. I dont believe in the 3 hours she was there she could not be seen briefly and obtain an RX to give some relief. I wont believe all the other patients in that 3 hours were in a more needy state. Is this how you show care, empathy and concern being in the medical field? Your staff gave little if any attention what so ever. I have been to many medical and surgical offices and never received the extremely poor treatment my friend did. Knowing how she was treated compelled me to submit this comment. This hospital treats me like Im a drug seeker! Im allergic to all but 2 pain meds, and thats when I get the "were note giving you any narcotics" speech. I have horrible migraines, that can only be treated in the ER, but thanks to the Diamond Migraine Clinic, or whatever its called, I dont get treated. Infected teeth "go to a dentist, and heres some more antibiotics". I dont have dental, and I have no income.

Had a procedure done in the ambulatory surgery center and I had a great experience. The nurses were all very professional, pleasant and had excellent bed side manners. Every step of the way was explained to me and I felt at ease. Would recommend.

THEIR ER IS THE WORST IN THE STATE OF INDIANA! Too many misdiagnoses, physicians who dont know what their doing, and unfriendly nurses.

Love them had my son there 7years ago my husband was just up there last night in and out awesome people!!!!
