Yesterday, my son had been ill for 6 days with fever, vomiting, and flu like symptoms. Dr. Carla Cork saw him after a long wait. She did not listen to my husband explain. She rudely cut him off, talking over the top of him. She examined my son less than thoroughly without a good understanding of his symptoms. When the strep test came back negative, she concluded that he had a GI disturbance and dismissed him. We were not impressed and are still concerned about this diagnosis. Today my husband got a small fish hook stuck in his hand. Foolishly we went back to the ExpressCare. We waited for an hour and a half before seeing the doctor. Dr. Cork wasnt interested in listening to us. She couldnt find appropriate equiptment and seemed impatient and unfamiliar with her area. After setting him up on the bed with his hand on sterile sheeting, she abruptly grabbed the embedded hook with gauze and tried to yank it out. Obviously not understanding how a treble hook works, it only deepened the hooks and caused my husband alot of pain. We should have gotten up and walked out at this point...unfortunately, we did not and the situation only worsened until finally, after her not having sharp enough scissors, or wire cutters, or stronger pain medication, we did stop her. She was offended and arrogantly dismissive. I dont have strong enough words to express have horrible, painful, and ineffective this treatment and clinic was for us.

I took my mom here for a bladder infection. She was in so much pain that she was crying. They proceeded to let two people go ahead of us, one of them being for an ingrown toenail. Then, when we went to the scale room, the nurse treated my mom like a child. She was extremely rude and when we were finally able to see the doctor, she was rude to my mom as well. While my mom was standing there crying, the doctor was talking very sternly and rude to her, not trying to comfort her at all. She kept interrupting her sentences and was just not a nice person. I do NOT suggest coming here for urgent care because you will not get treated right. This was overall the WORST experience Ive ever had at a doctors office.

In so many words my experience is was being treated like an animal. No one listened to me and I was barely acknowledged. When diagnosed it was wrong on both occasions, but I felt pressured into taking the UNNECESSARY tests because of the fear the doctors put in me. Both had the exact same line "I cant see anything that indicate such and such disease but let us test, even though I dont see it". If you need to go here and have no other options please be aware you have the option to opt out of the many uncalled for tests they perform. Ultimately a waste of time and money.

Be very aware....we have very good Anthem insurance....same coverage we have had for 8 years. Up until May of this year I have been able to use the Express Care facility as any regular doctor paying only my $15 copay. Now they bill as "urgent care" for simple sinus infections and I am paying $70 even after my insurance pays them $130 more!!!! I have been getting now where with their billing service about these fees therefore, will no longer be able to use them when my children are sick.

Went online and checked hours of operation before I went. On Mondays theyre supposed to be open till 8:00 PM. Got there at 5:15 and the doors were locked with a note saying they were accepting their last patient at 5:00. Talk about false advertising . So then I called their number and got a recording about their hours which repeated the 8:00 PM closing time. Very INCONVENIENT Convenience Center!

I dont understand what everybody is complaining about. Of course they want you in and out, this is an Expresscare, not a hospital. I had just moved here and they were very helpful with updating all of my information, not to mention very nice. All in all a great experience and I was probably only there for 20 minutes.

Got there and the visit price changed, Payed at the door before leaving and a few days later got a bill for more $$$ These people live in another universe, we work hard for every penny. Imagine buying something at a store and getting a bill for more money days later, this is very deceptive practices.

Ive been to this facility a couple of times for routine illnesses (not to say I wasnt suffering at the time, though) and found the care to be appropriate, expedient and compassionate enough. They got me back on the way to feeling good again, so I was grateful they were there!

Your better off seeing the local witch doctor or making sacrifices to the gods to help your medical issue than wasting time and money here. No one listens or even makes eye contact.

only place in town that took HIP 2.0 on a walk in non appointment basis that I could find, wait was a bit over an hour, during mid-day hours, which wasnt unexpected for a walk in.

I dont know why everyone keeps saying they want you in and out. Been waiting for an hour. Only two people a head of us.got here right when they opened. Not so urgent care.
