I think i would do the right thing, by suing the hospital. my puppy, my love, my life, my family has died in my arms 5:45. it was a heartbreaking moment i ever had. animals are similiar as humans, they have feelings. i had to watch my puppy slowly losing his breath, fighting to breathe, staring staight ahead for the past hours. When i left the vet when they refuse to help if i didn pay 500$! Should people pay to get help or get help and pay?! I object to their professionalism, their business shall be CLOSED! imagine how many lives of those animals who was in need of help but didn survive bec no one at the hospital want to do anything! whats even worse, a dog was wagging its tail looking healthy in the office, i said the dog looked perfectly healthy, the manager threw this remark at me saying "i work, i pay my bills and i take care of him) WHO ARE U TO SPEAK TO LIKE THAT? A manager whose responsbility is to follow up the procedure, what it takes to save lives. do we humans go to hosptials whenever we needed to and get rejected by asking for help bec we dont have money?!?!?! NOOOO! my baby is long gone, yesterday he was wagging his tail. today, hes s buried. :(

The picture currently for the Animal Medical Hospital is not at the correct address. If you need to find a picture type in the address and go to street view for the correct address. That said this place is fantastic! The staff is great and works quickly to get through all the appointments. For a small location and staff, the Animal Medical Hospital is able to get through the vast days appointments and surgeries. There is always someone who is on call for emergencies throughout the weeknights and weekends. I looked at the other reviewers comments and felt a little discouraged to not see comments of their excellent service. The comment for doing the HUMANE thing? What do you expect? If you bring in an animal that is injured that needs attention of course you are going to be billed for it. More to the point you will be billed for it because it was your own dogs that ripped the cat apart!. Every time I have gone in there to have my dog checked out, or vaccinated I have been treated with great rapport. I will continue to do business here, and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

If I could do ZERO STARS I would! My parents dropped off my cat this morning because I called complaining she had something up her nostril as she was sneezing. They took complete details over the phone and had my cell number for further questioning. I called in the afternoon to check her status and they started talking about her teeth and mouth and said they didnt have a scope to look up her nose, that they could only see up 1/8". I asked why they didnt tell me that this morning when I called. The Doctor tried blaming it on my parents when they dropped her off. The only thing they were to do was look up her nostril, which was not done, and then tried to get $$$ from me. I told them I was not paying since they didnt attempt to take care of the problem, but looked at other things I didnt ask for. The doctor was yelling at me and told me NOT to ever bring my animals there again.! NOT TO WORRY...that will never happen again!

I just cant thank the Animal Medical staff enough for the care they are providing for my yorkie. Chloe was throwing up all day Friday so I called in and talked with Tammy, who is awesome, and without hesitation she said to bring her in. She ended up having surgery that night. Craig Martin was wonderful with me and her. Craig has kept me informed every day with what is going on with her and has even taken pics of her and has sent me. The staff is so warm, kind and very sincere towards me and my dog. The staff cares very much for the animals they take care of. This isnt the first encounter I have had with them. My sisters dog got hit back in January and Hank is the one who dealt with her and again, he was wonderful. He had to be called in and she too had to have surgery. You just cant ask for a better staff and place to take your animal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of our sweet Chloe.

A cat/kitten wondered into our yard and our dogs got ahold of it. I stopped the dogs as quickly as I could - the cat was still alive and seemed okay, just torn up and bleeding so I decided instead of letting it suffer I would take it to the vet. It was not my cat/kitten, it was a stray and I had nothing to do with it - I just couldnt let it suffer and I told them that - unfortunetly I gave them my name and address and 2-3 weeks later got a bill from the vet!!!!!! I refused to pay it and they turned me into collections because they uthinized the cat. Not fair. Trying to do something HUMANE and got screwed. Next time Ill just leave the animal in a box outside the door and leave!

We took our dog in to be been because he had been getting sick. Before we left they told me my total for EVERYTHING was $178.50 i paid with my credit card and left. a month later i got a bill for $78.50. I called them to ask what it was for and they said i only paid $100.00. I told them over and over that i paid the amount owed in full and they didnt believe me. i had to go to the bank and have the bank print off a statement showing the charge. i took it in to the vet and showed them and she acted like they knew i paid in full all along. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL MONEY! we will never go back there again.

my sister took her puppy who was very sick and obviously dying there... they wouldnt take care of the puppy because my sister didnt have the 500 dollars on her.. they wouldnt help save the puppy unless my sister had 500 dollars.. this truly made me sick to my stomach... a puppys life is worth 500 dollars? they wouldnt bill her, she was gonna pay on the 1st.. which is in 7 days..they still wouldnt help the puppy... talk about saving lives... they need 500 dollars to save a puppys life...500 dollars... disgusting.. DO NOT GO THERE.. they just want ur $$$$ the puppy died in my arms at 5:45 p.m

Went in to get my cat fixed, bill was $40 more than they told me it would be. Also gave me my cat back with her back half completely drenched in urine. The lady behind the desk is rude and has never once smiled when I came in or even said hello. Also didnt tell me anything about what I should do once my cat is home (as far as stitches coming out, how long itll take for her to heal and what not). I will not be going there anymore.

Receptionist was sooooo stinking rude. I will go elsewhere just because of that. I have no doubt the vets are more than capable, my family has used them for years. But they could hire better staff with better customer service skills they will be losing money from me and my dogs business for the rest of my dogs lives, and mine!!! Only gave one star because I couldnt give zero
